If
I
could
give
zero
stars,
I
would.
Our
key
didn't
work
when
we
first
arrived.
We
went
back
to
the
front
desk
and
no
one
was
there.
We
figured
we'd
wait
a
couple
minutes,
but
no
one
showed
up,
so
we
called
the
front
desk
twice,
with
no
rings
and
no
answer.
Eventually
a
girl
who
was
probably
an
employee
(they
don't
have
any
uniforms)
walked
by
twice.
The
second
time
she
asked
if
we
needed
help,
then
said
she'd
get
someone,
who
then
eventually
fixed
our
card.
The
room
itself
didn't
have
any
new
shampoo
or
conditioner,
just
a
leftover
bottle
of
shampoo
from
the
previous
guest.
The
microwave
had
no
turntable,
the
off
button
for
the
AC
didn't
work,
so
it
had
to
be
unplugged
when
not
in
use,
the
phone
to
the
front
desk
didn't
work
at
all,
the
bathroom
to
our
non-smoking
room
smelled
like
cigarettes,
the
pool
was
drained,
and
the
free
WiFi
barely
reached
our
room,
so
it
was
practically
unusable.
That
night
we
decided
to
check
out
the
next
morning
and
get
a
different
hotel,
but
when
we
called
the
front
desk
(probably
7
or
8
times
over
the
course
of
the
night
and
the
next
morning)
no
one
ever
answered.
We
figured
we'd
tell
the
front
desk
when
we
went
for
breakfast,
but
there
was
no
breakfast,
despite
the
fact
that
their
website
says
breakfast
is
included.
So
again,
we
waited
for
several
minutes
and
called
until
someone
came
to
the
front
desk.
We
told
him
we
were
checking
out
early,
he
processed
our
refund,
and
then
walked
out
of
the
building
again.
Don't
ever
stay
here.
