    Not sure what happened to this Taco Bell but tonight our order was all messed up. Was shorted 3 tacos, ordered a meat and cheese burrito and received a bean and cheese burrito, there was almost nothing in my chalupa, asked for mild sauce and recieved 3 packets. Spent almost 40 dollars and received a fraction of my order correctly if at all. Ate there literally 3 weeks ago and it was amazing.

    Good grief, will I ever learn? Pulled in here tonight after Jack-in-the-Box across the lot said they couldn’t make tacos. I knew better but there wasn’t many other options. It cost $10 for three tacos. TEN DOLLARS. These are nothing more than .49 tacos. And honestly, this isn’t even food. It’s some kind of Monsanto inspired “food-like” substitute. It’s really not even edible. I don’t know how this company can sell such garbage at such ridiculously high prices and for some reason, people keep coming back? All I can say is if this is what America settles for and thinks is food, then we really are doomed. On the bright, I was served by real-life Beavis and Butthead at the window. They were friendly. The food is terrible and a very poor value.

    Ordered the vegetarian Mexican Pizza and a bean burrito. Neither were made as ordered, and the Mexican pizza looked terrible. This is not the first time, always disappointed at this store.

    Not getting what I paid for, idk how many times I'm going to let them mess up my order.... Taco Bell and Jack in the box are the only things open late out here and its like you 2 are trying to have a competition on who has the worst service. Whoever owns this place should do a quality control check once and a while. I can't tell if there lazy or incompetent. Im going down the street to Atilanos from now on.

    This Taco Bell in Airway Heights is squared away--I recommend it to folks. I do have one challenge, stop closing your lobby. If you can't support your lobby, you should close your drive-through, why? If you don't have the labor to support an open lobby and sit-down customers, you likely don't have the labor to support a higher clip of customers through the drive-thru, this is why you get the 3-Star rating. Every dollar you can make is not a good dollar, okay! You need to start working on superior customer service. I guarantee you if you focus on providing the best customer service experience possible you will attract more customers, be able to support more lines of effort, like Lobby, drive-thru, and 3rd party deliveries like UberEats, DoorDash, and others. Overall, a much better experience than before. Another question is have you fixed your air conditioner yet? Another focus should be taking care of your staff so they can represent you properly! 90% of the issues you have are leadership issues, not followership issues! Keep up the good work, stop closing your lobby, and keep moving it forward! Best!

    It's okay. Fast food at high prices. I'm always missing something by the time I get home which is frustrating. The staff always seems irritated to be there and like they are shoving your food at you which is a bit annoying, I can only grab things so fast. If I want it I get it and know what to expect from this location.

    If I went to the Airway Heights Taco Bell 100 times in a year, then told you all how many of those times did Airway Heights Taco Bell get my order right... It would only be 5... (Ugh)... 95...(fml)... of those times my order had 2 toppings/items that I personally requested to take off... So since I don't want to undo 3-6 burritos in my car until I get home, I get to find out there incompetence until I get home... which adds more frustration to the mix...

    Spent 70 bucks to have them not put my full order in the bag. When I had to drive 20 minutes back to get the rest of my order they refused to make there mistake right. Obviously it's a taco bell but they have no issues taking our hard earned money. And giving us stale fries horrible portions and not giving us what we paid for horrible customer service!

    Would put zero stars if I could. Just had the WORST drive through experience I've ever had. When I pulled up to the window, there was a woman whom I'm assuming was the manager, who was spewing profanity at her coworkers, and when I was going to ask her to be more polite, she proceeded to SLAM the drive through window shut after screaming at me to leave. She was absolutely the most unprofessional human being I have ever encountered at a taco bell drive through. She definitely does NOT belong in a customer service job if she can't figure out how to have a simple conversation with a concerned customer. To top off the whole experience, my order was wrong and I couldn't get it fixed as they wouldn't even open the drive through window for me to talk. She wasn't wearing a name badge and refused to speak with me so I was unable to get her name. She was short, with brown hair that she had in a braid and braces.

    To this day I still will not eat from this location due to a bad experience when I ordered a taco box with nacho cheese chips! Try eating your chips and holding your chip dip in one hand having your food on the table and your watching tv and you go to grab a chip (so you think is a chip) and you pull out a dirty workers glove that was in your bag of chips!! To say this happened 2 years ago but this story is still passed among the workers I know this because my bosses son now works their and was like omg your the chip lady 😂🤣😂 check your food and hope ya don’t get a glove in your food !

    I went through the drive-thru and told the cashier my order, went to the window, and gave my money to the cashier. He gave me my food and told me next time to not use a one-hundred-dollar bill. Asked him why I couldn't use my one-hundred-dollar bill. Said it waste time and everything. Asked for the manager and he closed the window on me. Went inside and asked for a manager she told me we do and don't know why he said that.

    By far the worst taco bell i've been to. No pride in their product. zero regard for the product they are handing out to customers. Everything was put together incredibly sloppy with hardly any "meat". Taco bell has gone so far downhill for the outrageous prices. Will never go to this taco bell under any circumstance

    I'm pregnant, had to pee and wanted to order some food. Walked up to the door and the it was locked. Called the store and apparently they are so "understaffed" that they kept the lobby closed. I advise the lady that they should at least have a sign and her reply was "we are so understaffed I don't have time for that.".... Ummm.. but yet you answer the phone? Maybe if you paid your employees more and treated then better, you wouldn't be understaffed.

    Tastes like you'd expect from a taco place. Not "authentic", but if your hungry for Mexican and don't want to wait for the real thing. It's a perfect place.

    Airway Heights-10510 W SR 2 Spokane, WA 99224 on September 2nd, 2023. I’m a vegetarian and I ordered four black bean grilled cheese burritos for my husband and I at the drive thru on my way home after work. Got home and started to eat my burritos and they all had beef in them. Receipt clearly says black bean. This Taco Bell is 15 minutes away and not worth it to drive back so my husband called to tell the manager what happened and to make sure the staff reads orders correctly because I just wasted $20 on food I can’t eat. Manager on duty (young sounding female) said, “go to a different Taco Bell” when he said this has happened multiple times at this location. She also stated her staff does “everything correctly” and we “aren’t welcome there anymore” and then proceeded to hang up. There was ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. I have worked retail as a manager for the better part of a decade and one of the vital attributes as a manager in customer service is listening, understanding, and taking accountability for any wrongs. I have photo proof we got the incorrect food and there was no “I’m sorry,” “what can I do to make it right,” “let’s figure something out.” Nothing. Just a “go to a different Taco Bell.” This manager seemed very young and incredibly unprofessional and clearly lacks training. I feel like the staff here don’t take pride in what they do. It doesn’t matter if you like your job or not, it doesn’t matter if you’re understaffed, just take pride in what you do and do it to the best of your ability. This manager clearly doesn’t. Idk man, it sucks people don’t care anymore…Do better.
