Today had a new maintenance man Derek Gothmann come and take out part of my bathroom ceiling and wall to get rid of major water damage that’s been growing from a leak in the roof! Which the old maintenance men just bandaid the problem and blamed my kids for the water damage and mold grow. Derek was super respectful and kind he also cleaned up his mess instead of leaving it for me to do like in the past. Glad to have a maintenance man that actually cares about the people in the apartments again and wanting to help fix what’s wrong. He also has an awesome beard!!!

I've lived at Falls Creek for six and a half years and have had no issues with my apartment or management. Of the three times management has changed since I've been here, I'd have to say our current manager Toby and the gal that works at the front office are the most friendly. Management here has always been efficient but Toby smiles and says hello when he sees you and that, to me, is a bonus. Anytime something needs to be checked on or repaired, it's done quickly. The grounds, including the pool, are well kept. I live on the third floor which is hard for me but that's just a personal issue. Falls Creek is for the most part, a clean, well kept, pleasant place to live.

I love living in Falls Creek Apartments I have no issues. I get along with my neighbors and the workers are nice. I wanna give a shout-out to Derek for fixing my dishwasher as he has to take all my dishes out of it cause I wasn’t home and now it’s so clean it doesn’t smell lol and he even took my trash out which was really sweet and kind. Thank you Derek your a great maintance guy and I appreciate all your hard work. God bless you ❤️

We love how reliable the maintenance team here at Falls Creek is. We had a closet door come off, and they were out within just a few hours to replace it. It’s great to be able to rely on management and maintenance to make sure things get fixed quickly!

The Mgt at Falls Creek are 2nd to none while the complex is under a complete remodel Caylin and Karen have it under control. Even when I had to move into a temporary unit while my apt was remodeled they answered all my questions and made it very easy. The next part is the maintenance Team David and Doug are the best I have seen and I can back that as I have been around for 60 years, They both genuinely take care of any maintenance concern and it's done right they also notify when it's done by E-mail. I have lived for 5 years and it has the best decision I have made this has become home for me. Maybe it might for you to.

Our community director Caylin is doing an excellent job! Doug and Shane are the only 2 maintenance guys, and they are always busy and fabulous as well. We are getting all new roofing, siding, windows, appliances, etc.!! So exciting! We are so blessed!!

The community director was extremely helpful in answering all the questions and I had. The property looks awesome and the current maintenance team is doing a fantastic job! Excited to go swimming this summer as well! So nice that the property has a pool.

Leaving a bad review for the soulless bot response from the "owner." There was a review mentioning two bodies found on the property there, and the bot cheerfully replied with an email and asking how they can make it better. Yikes!
