My partner and I included Madison Gardens in our apartment search because of location, rental price, and the style of apartment. At first, the staff was super accommodating (over the phone) when we wanted to visit the complex and tour the 1 bedroom apartment, but our actual experience visiting the complex was not a great one due to how we were treated by the office staff. We felt like we were inconveniencing them by visiting and doing a tour and didn't like how we couldn't see an actual one bedroom apartment until our application was accepted. The rental agent didn't ask us anything about what type of apartment we were looking for and when we were looking to move. She just said, "here's our 1 bedroom," and didn't give us any further information until we asked about it. It just seemed like they didn't care about renting an apartment to us. When asking them about the application process, the rental agent was very blunt about what we needed to do. I explained to her how I owned my own business and she immediately said that we couldn't apply due to not being able to show tax paperwork, even though I met their rental criteria (credit score, previous rental history, monthly & yearly income). After that, she wouldn't continue to speak with us because I didn't have an "actual job". Also, just a heads up, they don't allow & accept co-signers. I am only writing this review to inform others of our experience.

My wife and I applied to this place years ago. I had good credit and good income, well above what I needed. I paid the application fee and then was rejected. I quickly found residence elsewhere, but it never stopped bothering me. I decided to checkout the reviews of these apartments out of curiosity and- surprise surprise, they have a history of this sorta behavior. My suggestion to anyone who sees my review is this: DO NOT APPLY HERE. Please, go apply somewhere else and save your money. Save yourself the time, stress, and most importantly the money and stay far away from this place and their dismissive management. If you want further opinions, read the other reviews and see for yourself.

As many others posted, this is more of a scam to get you to apply and take the application money. I helped my mom apply for a 1 bedroom apt here. She meets the income requirements and has great credit but of course, she was rejected. I called the office and left a message. I sent emails questioning why she was rejected but no one responded. I strongly advise to stay away from this place. Its all a scam to take your money. I already called the office and left a message with a female there and also emailed and no one returned my messages. If you are interested in rectifying your issue, then you should return my calls and emails.

Madison Gardens is such an affordable complex and actually clean and well maintained compared to similar ones in the surrounding area. The parking lot is huge, and all of the lots and spaces are wide and spaced out with a lot of room for parking. The units are clean and well kept and more modern compared to other complexes as well. As far as the office staff, Luz is amazing. She is extremely friendly, helpful and approachable. You can tell that she enjoys what she does and puts a lot of effort into helping her future tenants. Would definitely recommend.

They have a HUGE MICE PROBLEM!! The floors aren’t properly made you call off ur they send over some mice ppl that put traps but never mice get caught

Madison Gardens is a great, affordable apartment complex for everyone; including families. The grounds are maintained beautifully. Maintenance is amazing; they always come within a day or two for normal jobs, and right away for emergencies! Luz in the office is super nice and helpful! Altogether, great experience!

As far as for me...I like this place. Any issues I've ever had were handled quickly and thoroughly. I'm sorry for any others who've had problems, but I would recommend Madison Gardens to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

My fiancé and I lived here for a year and a wonderful experience. Its a nice quiet complex with friendly neighbors and spacious apartments. We had some bumps throughout our time living here but nothing that made us uncomfortable.The location is good a walmart,marshal’s,Home Depot, wendys, and panera are within 10mins from here. The management staff were also very accommodating of us.We’re were leaving but have already told all our friends and family to check it out. If we ever have to live in apartment again Madison Gardens is first on our list. It really felt like home.
