Complete rip-off scam artist tried to scam me for a 24 karat gold bar lied to me and told me they could x-ray it through the original plastic packaging. This is a lie I've checked with the manufacturer of the X-ray machine and it cannot see thru plastic accurately! He told me he had a special x-ray machine that can tell the differences between types of metals I have done the research there is no such machine that can accurately do this the only way to test the gold is by actually acid testing it physically by doing an acid test also there is a serial number on the back of the original mint sealed package from the Australian Perth Mint along with a weight of the package and a 10 gram gold bar just happens to weigh 10 grams believe it or not they tried to not only tell me that my 10 gram gold bar was fake but tried to rip me off and steal it from me they are scam artists I would not bring anything to them they are a total rip-off they tried to scam me for a 24 karat gold bar what do you think they're going to do with your business please take my warning and stay away from this place they are bad news they also have their employees write reviews for them to cover up all of the battery views that they have had it is a requirement apparently if you work there to do reviews on a daily basis just to try to keep their ratings High because they are such scam artist be aware of the scam artist this place is a rip-off sold my friend a $2,200 ring and then tried to offer him $100 for it a year later I even had the receipt from the Perth Mint on this pure 99.999% 24 karat gold bar and they still try to rip me off watch for Jeff he's one of the main scam artist I've checked on your X-ray machine and it is completely inaccurate acid test is the most accurate way to test it not to mention the receipt and the fact that I was bought it directly from the Perth Mint and it was in the original sealed certificate Packaging with the official weight serial number and manufacturing date this cannot be faked you are definitely a liar x-ray machines are inaccurate and cannot see through plastic I've checked with all the different manufacturers and your $24,000 machine that you supposedly own is completely uncapable of checking medals through plastic accurately making you a liar and scam artist thanks for wasting everyone's time and ripping people off I will be sure to let everyone know what a scam artist you really are I actually called the company that makes the X-ray machine they claim to have and they told me" it could not see through the plastic container and determine the difference of the product inside the container or what it is made of that the plastic distorts its ability to work properly"

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I brought my engagement ring in here in January 2020 to be soldered to my wedding bands. When they were soldered, it made the bands far too small. I couldn’t get them over my knuckle. When I called to see if they could resize it, they told me to come in Saturday morning and that I didn’t need an appointment. I came in the morning of my bachelorette party and was told that I did need an appointment to get it fixed. After explaining that I called a week prior, they were willing to work with me. I requested it be sized as an 8 and they complained when I wanted to do that. A manager brought my ring to me and DROPPED IT ON THE FLOOR!!!! Careless with other people’s possessions. Fast forward to January 2021, THE SOLDER THAT THEY DID BROKE. On top of that, the jeweler that did it where I live now was shocked at the poor job that Fullers did in taking care of me. They said that it was an not even the way it’s supposed to be done. The entire ring bent! Take your business elsewhere in Dallas!

Do not go here to sell gold or diamonds. They offered me 210.00 for 2 gold rings and a single stud diamond earring. I went down the street to Mr. Gold and was offered over 600.00 for the same items. Fullers isn’t interested in fair prices, they are interested in making the most money for Fullers. Shop around folks, it pays in the long run.

We usually work with Gregg, who has a wealth of experience and really knows her stuff, but everybody is great. Absolutely, you can get less expensive jewelry someplace else, but I just can't bring myself to spend thousands of dollars on a diamond based on a picture on a website. I came to Fuller's needing a replication of a ring I had seen elsewhere. Using the information I provided they were able to produce a beautiful engagement ring for a lower price than anyone else and in a shorter period. What the (now closed) Flemington location had in space, the Bridgewater location makes up for in attention. Marie is an absolute gem to work with and really cares for your needs instead of just pushing a sale. I know I’ll be a customer for life! Priscilla has been an absolute god send during this whole process. My fiancé proposed to me on 5/30/2020 with a ring bought by another jeweler. A month later the ring (which was platinum) snapped in half. We quickly took the ring to Roman who informed us whoever set it used the wrong tools and ruined the metal. With the task of needed a new setting we worked with Priscilla to create a new one. She quickly pointed out ways to make the center stone more pronounced and we took her advice. I am so glad we did. The jeweler did a superb job of getting the ring off and I met the most wonderful sales person, GREGG. Gregg has helped me to discover the style of jewelry that I enjoy. The courtesy and professionalism showed by the entire staff, particularly Dori, are exactly what you expect from a premium retailer.
