My fiancé and I LOVE Casale- we designed a gorgeous custom engagement ring with their expertise. They truly brought my dream ring to life!! We checked out several other stores on the island, but no one else had such a beautiful selection of rings and such a wonderful staff. At other jewelers the staff was too pushy and rushing us, trying to force sales on us. Casale didn’t do that at all- they made us feel so welcome and relaxed! I 10000% recommend Casale and we will definitely be going back!

Had a great experience here. They were busy when I walked in, but everyone was friendly and helped me right away. They were able to fix my wife's ring on the spot when another place told me it would take a week and did it for almost half the price. Will definitely be coming back.

Had brought my wedding band to be sized up and was told it would take one week as they were backlogged with repairs. When I checked on status, they kept promising it would be ready, but no confirmation text was sent. Fast forward one month and I finally got my ring back. Still had to wait a half hour while they finished. Casale might be good for selling jewelry, but I would recommend going elsewhere for repairs or sizing.

I called Casale Jewelers to see if they had something in stock, they did not but offered to ship it to the store next day. They also offered me an alternative item which fit my needs so I ended up purchasing it right from my phone before even walking in the store. I really appreciate the customer service i received.
