Same story for me and he said if I cried or yelled he would stop taking my teeth out and send me home. He abusive . wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had the absolute worst experience getting my wisdom teeth taken out here. He tried putting an IV in 3 times (all different places) and when that didn’t work, he very aggressively gave me two shots in the arm where I now have a huge bruise. This anesthesia did absolutely nothing for me. After giving me shots in my mouth, he started taking them out. The entire time I was awake and crying because I could feel everything he was doing. Even after I yelled out in pain he kept going. Not only was this experience traumatizing, but he basically called me a liar and said I was asleep the whole time to my mom after she confronted him. I bawled my eyes out the entire day because of the pain of this experience. Seriously do not go here unless you want to be traumatized by terrible treatment

Alright, so you've probably been scrolling through these INSANE reviews and wondering what you've gotten yourself into, like I did. I will give you a genuine and comprehensive review. I went in to get three wisdom teeth removed at the time my consultation had set up. The woman at the front desk can speak quickly and even sound stern, but it is important to note that part of it is simply a cultural thing. The other reason is that she is very busy. The day that I went in, there was no receptionist. This woman was taking calls, running the desk, helping elderly women with paperwork, and even hooked up to the machines when I went back to my operating room. If you show some understanding, answer questions and act respectful, you will have no issue. It took about 30 minutes before I could be operated on, but I was not bothered. They were busy and doing the best they could. I had not a single issue with Doctor EL Deeb. If you answer his questions and do not waste his time, he is personable, and even reassuring and kind. He did try to insert the IV into my hand because I have a large tattoo on my arm. This did not work after 3 times, but he got it first try on my arm. I simply steeled myself and was unharmed. I have no bruises, only small marks. As for the surgery itself, it was fine. I did not go under anesthesia, but was simply sedated. The whole experience was blurry from there. I could hardly believe it was over when it was. It was like I time traveled. Nonetheless, it was still a shocking experience, and could vaguely feel crazy things going on in my mouth. It was not painful, but something which if someone was an anxious sort, they might be bothered by. If you can just feel peace, it will be okay. I was notified afterwards that it is common to have an emotional experience afterwards. I cried because it was intense, but not because it was bad. I suppose some shock is to be expected from this sort of surgery. I write this to be clear with you instead of being vague and dramatic like so many of these other reviews. The experience is fine if you are a calm and reasonable person. If not, then you may have a hard time anywhere you choose to get this done.

Dr. El Deeb was great! Recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and it was a truly good experience. Surgery was quick, and the aftercare instructions were pretty easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Me & my boyfriend went here to get our wisdom teeth removed, the staff is so nice & amazing. They never failed to make us laugh & we personally never had issues here. They were pretty fast with responding to our questions & dealt with an issue with my insurance as soon as they found out I had one. Which meant a lot to me & was very convenient. I appreciated it a lot.

I recently had four wisdom teeth removed and just got back from my 2 week check up from getting them removed. I know these reviews are all over the place but this was my honest experience. The reception area was very busy and they had many clients. They were straightforward and informative and told me exactly what I needed to know and when they took me to the back to have my teeth removed, the two dental assistants were very accommodating and comforting as they could probably see I was a little nervous. The doctor came in. He greeted me and got straight to work. I felt no pain and no discomfort during the procedure. It was very bizarre because I could kind of hear and kind of feel the motions, but still no pain. It was done very quickly and without any hiccups, and I was on my way back home before I knew it. Thankfully, I healed really well and my check up was a breeze in and out because I had no complications. They asked me how I felt and if there was anything wrong, I told him no and they sent me on my merry way. Honestly, if I have dental work to do in the future or if I know someone I will recommend this dentist office because I was really happy with the work that they did so that’s that.

Great place to go for oral surgeries. The surgeon is one of the best Oral surgeon in the State. The professionalism of the team is outstanding! The surgeon provided excellent service. Every visit was like visiting a family friend. I could not be happier with the results.

Dr. El Deeb was phenomenal! I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and he made it one of the easiest processes to go through, even with a wisdom tooth that was being a little difficult. Plus, the front staff is kind and works efficiently to get me in as fast as possible. Couldn’t recommend it anymore than I do now.

I was referred to Northside Minnesota Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. From the wonderful ladies at reception to Dr. El Deeb I had the most pleasant experience. I've been having issues with my wisdom teeth for awhile now. Most dentists I've contacted or visited were not willing to remove my impacted teeth because they deemed it "too risky". Dr. El Deeb was able to remove both of my impacted wisdom teeth on the same day with no complications. I'm a person who normally dreads going to the dentist but these guys are THE BEST. I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: THE OFFICE WONT DO MY SURGERY BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW WHICH HAS TOLD NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH!! DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give zero stars I would. If I could go some where else I would. I have only attended this office since it's where my insurance covers and will do sedation for removal of wisdom teeth. The office is completely unorganized. Instead of answering one simple question, you get asked a ton of questions repeatedly and hung up on. They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. When I show up they look at me and go back to work, not helping me unless I ask for help.

Good luck trying to get ahold of them. Nobody answers the phone! I've been calling since 10am (now 3:40pm) and no answer. I've called 14 different times today.
