DON,T DO IT! My mother has gone to Rayus for back pain since 2021, and has had 2 Edpidural Steroid Injections, one in 2021 and one in 2022. Before the first one, she did have an MRI, and that picture was also used for the second one in 2022, AND for the injection she just had in 2023. At age 85, with a history of back pain and rheumatoid arthritis, I would think that a fresh image should have been taken to see if there was something more going on in the back, but it wasn’t. They did the procedure, which isn’t, very enjoyable, and sent her home. When she started having even worse pain in the following days, she called the clinic to talk to her Dr., but had to leave a recorded message with her info, and was told someone would get back to her. She did get a call on Monday from the clinic, but accidentally dropped the call, so called back immediately, only to leave another message! On Tuesday she got a call from the doctors assistant, asking her all kinds of questions, and my mother did tell her she was in terrible pain, only to be told that she would pass that along to her Dr., who still hasn’t called! My mother asked her to send her information and old scans to her primary doctor that day, because she was going to see her for the pain, but the clinic recvd nothing from Rayus. So, if you want to be just a number, go ahead and go there, if you want to be cared for, go els where!

I had an MRI last October for a concussion. They never told me what my co pay would be, and I did wait quite awhile although I was on time. When I got to the room, the tech handed me 2 hard small cones calling them ear plugs. I tried putting them in, and they fell out. They were not soft or adapting in any way to my ear canals. So, since it was a brain scan, she started the process, and it was SO LOUD, it was terrible and it made my eardrums hurt. She said it would be for 25-30 mins and I said these plugs weren't working and I needed new ones. She stated they didn't have any, and proceeded to do the scan. I never moved once, and had told them I had many scans of sorts before. It lasted at least 8-10 mins longer than she said, and she even commented on how still I was. I felt abused and lied to. I will never get another scan again. Especially Not here! My ears have been ringing now. Not happy!

My son is at his second appointment and the wait times for both are awful. We get there early to be courteous but it doesn't matter. How about being courteous to your clients and not double book or send a text.

Love the Blaine location. Everyone that I've had any contact with have all been very kind, professional and made sure I have whatever I needed. Thanks to all the staff and doctors!!

It went pretty quickly. Patricia was lovely. Very kind and she answered all my questions. I was a bit annoyed that they made me do over some paperwork I did online, but otherwise a good experience.

Dr Cohn is a great doctor who is so attentive and he is a the type of doctor that looks at things as your whole body not just the pain portion. He has given me areas that I need to follow up with other doctors as appropriate and has turned out to be my favorite doctor.

Very nice experience here. Front desk, Kathy was so nice and informative. She was able to get me in the same day! Short wait time, very efficient & nice staff.
