DR. CARLOS IS AMAZING! His wife and staff amazing! I have been seeing him for years now. After bad experiences I won’t go anywhere else. If you want people you can trust and a meticulous dentist in his work then this is it - Call immediately because they book you fast this place isn’t a secret anymore!!!

I have a lot of dental anxiety so I was very nervous to start at a new dentist. I was so impressed with the kindness of the front desk, hygienist, and dentist. Today I got two fillings and a crown. The dentist did an amazing job of keeping me calm, explaining what and why he was doing what he was doing and let me take breaks as needed to get the work done. They are super high tech and have reasonable prices. They were able to design and make my crown while my cavities were being filled. I left two hours later with no issues. While I don’t love the dentist, I trust Arden dentistry to do a good job and be honest and up front with pricing.

Oh my lanta where to begin!? A few years ago I found this wonderful Dental office and from my first appointment I have felt so taken care of. The ladies at the front have been so helpful to me, they are very friendly and so so nice. Dr. Carlos is the best Dentist I have ever met, he is very kinda and cares about his patients. He is very good at explaining what he is doing with your teeth and future treatments. Never once have I had a bad experience while going to any of my appointments. They are truly the best of people to care for you and your families teeth. I highly highly recommend this place if you are ever looking for a new Dentist. I will forever keep going to him! 🙏🏼🦷 🤗

Normally they are very nice here, however, the dentist's wife who works as a receptionist, actually called me to complain to me about the fact that I had cancelled my appointment 24 hours before. I understand if someone cancels all the time, but I don't. I cancelled 24 hours before because I was genuinely sick. There was no reason for her call except to chastise me. I did not appreciate this. She actually said 24 hours is not fine for them because they are not there on the weekends! Sorry, but I am not usually given 4 days notice before developing a sore throat and fever. They should get another more professional and friendlier receptionist.

OK - so I showed up for my appointment for a crown, but I also had a problem tooth - Dr Carlos explained carefully and patiently to me the best remedy; his assistant, in spite of having an ongoing painful hand/finger injury also patiently answered my many extra questions - An extraction was decided upon and performed painlessly - As he worked, Dr Carlos explained step-by-step what he was doing (very calming) Afterward, a staff lady patiently explained to me the nuances of Delta Dental coverage - This is a fine clinic with dedicated personnel who not only really care about all aspects of their art, but they also provide expert consultation and service - I rate Arden Dental Five Stars

Always fantastic service here! They are superb at handling insurance and walking you through it before they do something. I had another dentist once compliment on how good a job Dr. Carlos did on my crown! Been going there for years and see myself and my family continuing! Just don't take our appointment slots, ok? 😁

I switched insurance providers a year or so ago and this place came up as covered so I figured I would try it out since it’s close to home. I really wanted to like this place. The hygienist/dentist were very friendly. The reason for giving two stars is the front desk needs to pay a little more attention when scheduling. I called to set up my second cleaning for the year and they told me they were booked until September at the time. Then the person said oh wait there’s an opening in June we had a cancellation would you like that day? I said that worked for me. I now find out that it was scheduled 11 days before my 6 month coverage so my cleaning was denied by insurance.I and am now having to pay $97 for something that could/should have been free. Yes, I could have back tracked and looked at dates of my last visit myself but I thought it was safe to trust the person scheduling to check things like this for their patients. I just had my second child in February and unnecessary bills like these are not ideal right now. Please do better for your customers.

I had an appointment 8/13/22 and Karla was my dental hygienist. She did an amazing job. The doctor and team are very nice , professional and thorough. I will definitely recommend this place. Ola.
