Everything
about
the
venue
is
amazing!
It's
absolutely
beautiful,
spacious,
and
is
a
wonderful
space
to
host
a
wedding.
A
couple
things
that
are
hard
have
to
do
with
things
the
city
has
in
place.
They
are
very
strict
with
what
you
can
and
cannot
do
within
the
venue.
As
long
as
you
are
flexible,
it
is
fine
but
some
things
may
be
hard
for
some
couples
(no
glitter,
etc).
Also,
on
top
of
the
general
venue
fees
they
also
charge
a
12%
venue
fee
for
the
food,
beverage,
and
decorating
caterers.
So
it
is
12%
of
the
food,
beverage,
and
decorating
costs
which
are
also
separate
from
those
caterers
service
fees.
Just
a
lot
of
fees
that
add
up
in
the
end.
Beyond
that,
Lorah
and
her
team
at
the
Commons
are
great
to
work
with!
They
were
very
knowledgeable
and
fairly
prompt
in
answering
questions
or
concerns
that
we
had.
Amy
worked
with
us
day
of
as
our
event
coordinator
and
she
was
marvelous.
She
stepped
in
when
needed
and
helped
the
day
run
smoothly!
Overall,
a
great
experience!
