Amazing experience! Janessa at the Rosedale Center took her time to explain every detail to us from the diamond to the band. She listened to what we were looking for and even came out with an amazing option for our price range. We had gone to several other jewelers and were always just told the price and pushed to purchase. We were more than pleased with Janessa and absolutely love the ring we purchased. We will be going back to them for any jewelry needs even though it’s over 2 hours away that’s how amazing they were! If I could give 10 stars I would.

My wife and I walked in expecting to only look at rings we could hardly afford. Store manager Molly was AMAZING working with us. She showed us multiple options and after working out a few choices we narrowed down our budget and the VERY LAST ring she showed us my wife absolutely LIT UP with excitement. My wife loves sunflowers and this ring was the PERFECT fit for her. It is 110% a reflection of who she is. Thank you Molly and R&H for providing superior service! Stopped in with my sister to try some engagement rings on and get a size. We had to wait awhile to be helped but the workers kept acknowledging us which was nice. Finally a friendly sales associate named Merasia came over and helped us. She listened to what my sister was interested in and let us pick ones we liked. She couldn't have been better. She wasn't pushy at all, and recommend others to be sure my sister really liked what she thought she did. Merasia actually ended up finding the perfect ring for my sister. She actually cleaned my ring. It was an overall great experience. Very impressed!

We bought our original ring set 10 years ago at a store that closed. Ring was pretty beat up but they were awesome and honored a 10 years old policy for appreciation. Julie was really helpful and so was the manager. Found an awesome ring in our budget and got us out the door.

My fiancé and I had bought her engagement ring a few months ago and we happened to be in Minnesota again. We stopped by and Merasia greeted us almost immediately. We love this place and their amazing customer service. Merasia let me try on some wedding bands and we ended up buying one. Will definitely be going back to purchase my fiancés wedding bands.

This was the first store I went into at the mall just to check out watches. The saleswoman was very knowledgeable with each watch explaining everything about each one. When you want an associate that knows their product go there you will be amazed. I ended up buying one a nice citizen watch with a 100 coupon on my next visit. It looks like I'll be back to buy another watch.

Brought my studs in we purchased 20 years ago and were able to exchange/upgrade for a bigger pair. Staff was great - gave us options and were easy to work with.

I went to get a link removed from my watch on and to purchase a chain at 6:40pm and a chubby scrubby short guy didn’t want to help me at Buchkosky jewelry.. That dirty scrubby guy said they were going to close the store and it would take 30mts to remove a link from a watch that I purchased there.. I left very disappointed and walking down the mall I stopped at Rogers and Holland and a young gentleman removed my links within less than 5 mts and took great care of me. Great service!!!!

I brought a ring in to be resized and was helped by Kerry L. He was very helpful and patient with me, answering all of my questions and explaining the resizing process/timeline. He called me promptly to give me an update on when I'd get my ring back. I am very impressed by his friendliness and professionalism and plan on giving patronage to this jewelers. Thank you Kerry!

I bought 2 rings for10,000 and went to have appraisal and both were actually only worth less than half. Pawn shop way better and not so much price Gouging.
