I would recommend shopping around. I bought two grillz from these people wishing less than a year. The first one kept ripping due to the perm cuts. The second I got custom made they over charged me for 50$ told me they would cashapp my 50$ back maybe 20 times and never did cashapp me my money back but these are the same people we make rich spending our hard earned money and can’t even return what they owe for a overcharged item.

I been doing business with them over a year first they told me it take 10 to 14 days for me to get my order. I live in ohio I see people got theirs 6 to 7 days 😳 now their been ignoring my calls texts and dms they have bad communication skills. They claim I sent 3 bad molds they didn't even tell me right away. I'm still waiting on my customer 2 fang grillz i request a refund for my grillz I paid they denied it. If I don't hear nothing soon I'm reporting them to better business bureau and going with another distributor. All I want is communication on what's going on. I'm a easy person to work with I just don't like anyone getting over on me.

Shipping was phenomenal I'm on the east coast my grill came in 1 week after completion, the turn around was super fast. Customer service was on point. I'm overall happy with my purchase. It's my first grill and wasn't sure what to expect.

Responsive and communicative. I saw some reviews saying the opposite but I had no problems getting a call or text back. My necklace is beautiful and I would highly recommend.

Man fast shipping. All you gotta do is be patient and now how to make your mold. Because my 6 soggy bottoms are fit perfection!!! I'll definitely will be purchasing my top 10 from y'all. Thx guys and team at IMakegrillz. Very happy.

I ordered grillz on 8-11-23, got the molds on 08-14-23 and received the finished product on 08-23-23. I love the craftsmanship on them & they 100% look better in person. If you got money to spare, just get the fastest shipping they offer on their website and get the fastest shipping when shipping back your molds at the Post office.
