As someone who had never independantly leased an apartment or been to the area before, I had many questions and concerns regarding every step of the process. Jennifer has been so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the Chicago rental scene. I had a great experience with Aisye, she was amazing. She's got a great personality, so she's easy to talk to. She took all of my must haves and matched me perfectly with exactly what I wanted and needed. The cool thing was, per my request, she showed me a few places slightly above and slightly below my budget just so I had a better conceptualization of my options. However, she focused exclusively on places to match what I was looking for and my budget. For as long as I'm in Chicago...I'll be a repeat customer! It was an awesome experience that saved me so much time!!! She did all the leg work, weeding through the not great apartments (based on my taste), setting up viewings and taking me (personally) to each apartment tour. Oh and she was so knowledgeable about all the neighborhoods in Chicago, she knew where literally everything was. There was not a need that was not met, or a question that was not answered. I mean what a service! I highly recommend!
