The staff are always super nice! Food is always delicious! The building is always clean! They have indoor and outdoor seating. Every time we're in town we always make sure to stop by and get some food. They have a kids menu and they're not too expensive. Great place to bring family and friends! I highly recommend coming here.

My dad is in the hospital in College Station. The young man who took our order noticed I was stressed out. He was super patient and kind. When we got home we found two free cookies and this amazing note. The food was also delicious. Thank you so much!!!

I would love to come back here and study sometime. The building seems to be designed so every table feels like it’s own isolated section, excellent for working without disturbance. I had a 10” pizza for the Thursday special and it was a thin, crispier style, which was excellent.

I had the Baja Club and a Mederteranian salad. Both were delicious and I would get them again. They have a wide range of salads, sandwiches, soups and bowls. You can also get pizza. They have different seasonal specials like a brat on a pretzel bun. Sodas, tea, coffee and ice coffee are on the drink menu with other bottles options. For the sweet tooth there are a variety of baked goods. You choice of an eclectic array of outdoor and indoor seating.

Initially we were excited when getting our pizza as it looked very tasty, but quickly realized it was sub par. We got the taco pizza, and the steak that was on it tasted a bit rancid. Not to mention, I found a jagged shard of plastic in my food. I’m glad it didn’t break my tooth. The salad was alright, though it’s hard to go wrong with arugula and tomatoes.

This sandwich was really good! Could have used some mayo or some kind of sauce, in my opinion, but it was packed with flavor. The frozen mocha was great! The lady that helped us was very patient and kind. The outdoor dining with the big fountain was nice as well.

Nice spot for quick lunch or dinner. Good for family, friends or eating solo. Easy to spot from street and next to the Residence Inn. Nice also for social business meetings. The prices are average for College Station restaurants. ENJOY!

I had the soup and sandwich combo. Their soups are excellent! I come here when I'm in town. Hot soup for lunch is awesome on a cold day. Their sourdough bread is perfect!

This place has a beautiful scene. They have there a lot of tasty artisan baked foods. They serve varieties of salads, soups, sandwiches, pizza, dessert, and drink options. The pesto pizza is ny favorite. The location is convenient and has spacious dining room as well as outside seats by the water fountain. That is an amazing scene. Their prices are below fair and affordable for the College students. Their foods are amazing.

You can't go wrong with blue baker. You can study, snack, have a meeting. The food is delicious, the coffee is yummy and doesn't break the bank. But THIS review is to shout out to Dana and her closing crew who left me the sweetest note on my soup and tea when we squeezed in right before close for a snack to take to the hospital because I was in labor. (Look. Mama was hungry.) It's the going above and beyond to do something sweet that you just don't see any more - It deserves to be recognized! Thanks y'all!❤️

Very disappointed the second time that I’ve come to this location and received cold food. When I took the chili bowl up to the counter, informed the only view the chili that they just gave me was cold in the bread bowl. She informed me that there was a microwave where I can heat the food up! There should have been no need for me to take food to microwave seen how I had just gotten the food from them should’ve come hot off the line !! Guess I’ll have to quit doing business here if I wanted to cold food, I would’ve gone to a fast food restaurant we’re just going home and opened up a canna chili and put it in the microwave. If I was gonna have to use the microwave to heat chilly up it should’ve been hot when you got it! Add to that match, flying around! Not what I wanted to after go through when I’m trying to take a break from work before I go back out to work!

So weird that this place has a pretty good rating when all they had available was a dry cinnamon muffin. They ran out of decaf but charged us full price for the decaf iced latte with less espresso than they usually use. Last piece of joy was the…aroma? Definitely not like any food place, certainly not a bakery. It smelled like old mop water. Definitely not a great experience, unfortunately.

Wanted to try something new while visiting College Station. We visited a little after lunch on a Saturday. I was a little confused as to where to order or go, but the staff was super helpful and friendly! We were able to order and even found some goodies on the way to check out. Food came out fast and looked so delicious! My mom and I had the tomato basil bisque in a bread bowl and shared the club blue sandwich. My husband and son had the pepperoni pizza. It was all so delicious! The bread bowl was flavorful and fun to eat, the sandwich was fluffy and the flavors mixed well. The pizza was thin crust but my husband and son enjoyed it. I would love to return or get one of these in Brenham! The food blew me away!

Fairly good sandwich shop with typical prices. Enjoyed the bratwurst with sauerkraut on a pretzel bun chips & tea for $13. Post lunch time is perfect, no crowd

It was my first time, and I wasn't sure how the service works. Basically, you go to their front and make your order, pay, then they are going to give you a beep device to take to your table, and when your order is ready, you'll get your food. Good atmosphere, yummy pizza, and fair price👌

Three stars for friendly staff and clean tables, but the food was rough. My friend has eaten really tasty meals at Blue Baker in the past, so when she suggested we dine there last night, I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it might have been a rough evening in the kitchen. Both our sandwiches were burnt, and the bread had more holes than bread. The mayo and even pieces of my turkey were falling through the holes in the bread. We ordered about 15 minutes before closing, and I didn't want to be the butthead asking for a remake when the kitchen was cleaning up for the night, so I just ate as much of my falling-apart sandwich as I could and threw away the burnt parts. The staff were very friendly and didn't rush us out the door, which was very appreciated. I also appreciate that the restaurant was open until 9 and didn't close early. We really wanted some good food after our first attempt at dinner was inedible. I know it was probably a really busy Saturday for everyone working. Based on its reputation, I would be willing to give Blue Baker another chance. I just hope the food is better next time.

Great food. Even better service. Just wish they could make a sandwich at 8 am. Some people like a good sandwich early in the day. It's all good though. Nothing to count off for. ;-)

We were in town for the day and needed a place to grab a bite to eat while my daughter had her online class. The food was great, as always. I had soup and a sandwich. The southwest green chili soup was quite tasty. And then we got some blueberry peach bread for dessert. great spot for working, tasty lunch, fun dessert, successful visit

Blue baker is a local favorite known for their fresh breads, sandwiches and pizzas. The food is always pretty good. I hear the cookies are good too, I don’t get them but that’s what I’ve heard. On my last visit I did the combination order with 2 entrees but smaller portions. It was fine.

Probably the best gluten free pizza I've ever had! It's not just the crust, but the sauce and the toppings were both generous and delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

Excellent food: good quality, easy to customize and very generous portions. I love the soups my child with an egg allergy is able to safely eat their pizza, which is also delicious. Highly recommend!!!

We were in the neighborhood and had never eaten at this delightful restaurant! The staff was kind and courteous and very helpful with questions about the menu. They took our order and had it ready very very quickly. When we are in town again we will DEFINITELY be coming back!

I love blue baker! Got the powder blue and a cup of the tomato bisque. The sandwich was tasty and clean. The soup is the best I've ever had. My husband had the pizza which he ate it all! Bought a loaf of sourdough to bring home.

I love the Blue Baker on Dominik - the outdoor seating is so nice and relaxing. The food and staff is always superb. Use the on-line system and do pick up as well. This Blue Baker location is our go to lunch spot. So appreciate the friendly efficient staff and home baked goodies! Can’t wait for my summer favorite to come back - the red white and blue salad!
