    UPDATE. Pearl fell out not even two weeks later. Terrible jewelers. I brought in an old family ring with a couple of pearls on it with a gold band. One of the pearls was becoming loose so I thought regluing and tightening the prongs would've been an easy fix, right? Wrong. I paid $70 to simply reglue and simply tighten the prongs. The first time the ring came back, the glue was messy. There was glue on parts of the ring that the pearl wasn't even touching, and the glue was not uniform around the pearl, making it sloppy. I told the attendant I was not satisfied with the work and they told me they would send it back to have a more experienced jeweler fix it. Second time rolls around and there was an improvement, but there were gaps in between the pearl and side of the slot it fits in (in photos attached). It looked sloppy. I informed the attendants and they told me they thought it looked fine, disregarding any concerns I had. (I mean, I paid $70 for a simple fix.) They offered to send it back to the repair shop and have their "master jeweler" look at it, no I declined because there was no way I was going to trust them with my family heirloom for a third time... no refund at all given because they said they did the job (a bad job). Whatever. Learned my lesson to not waste my money there anymore. Point of the story is don't trust these inexperienced, sloppy jewelers. There is no satisfaction of quality guarantee at all. One photo is the photo of the terrible glue job they did. The other series of photos show the unevenness of fitting of the pearl. One of the prongs isn't even touching the stone!! Despite one of the attendant's claims that it looked "fine."

    A Big OH-IO.. to the amazing Kay Jewelers team at the Green. My Buckeye(Athletic trainer for the BUCKEYES) "lucky" necklace had broke. I made a quick stop hoping for advice where to get it fixed. The entire team stepped up! They may of seen the urgency and fear on my face, I needed to get it back to my son in CBus ASAP(Game time 7:30pm Saturday)(Stop in store Thursday). Whatever the reason they worked together, I was in and out within 20 minutes. I can't say enough about team Kay! P.S. Necklace deliver! Go Bucks! OH-IO...

    This is the location I would recommend shopping. My fiance and I were shopping for our wedding bands. I'm a couple of weeks late on this but I had great experience at this location in particular. The 3 ladies that were running the store were phenomenal. Huda was our salesperson and she was very delightful and made sure we found something that we love and was within our budget without the pressure like other typical places would have. Hilary and Saundra were the other two in the store that day as well, and they were so sweet and really helped make the experience memorable. They are all a joy and funny on top of that. These three ladies are the reason why we would come back to buy jewelry when the time comes. On top of all of this, we received a personalized letter in the mail from Huda, and it really put a smile on our faces, it's hanging on our fridge now.. if you're looking a wonderful experience, that's stress free, positive, fun conversation, just an all around good time. This is the location to go. I look forward to seeing them when we come pick up our wedding bands. Thank you Huda! Thank you Saundra! and thank you Hilary! ❤️

    We went in to upgrade my fiances' ring, the people were fantastic. We were there for two and a half hours looking. The patience they had was great, great working with financing. Will defintley go back for the next upgrade.

    First my husband bought me a ring for Mother’s Day, it was the wrong size, we took it back and they said I had to return it and because the price of that ring had gone up since he purchased it I would have to pay an additional amount, I paid it annoyed. They ordered the ring, and then it came in and was the wrong ring! Then they said they couldnt refund me and here in store and the price had gone up again. They wanted me to pay MORE MONEY, an additional $129.99 for a ring my husband got me! I said no refund me now. They then said they would have to mail me a check and it would be at my house in 2 weeks, two weeks go by no check, how do I know for sure? Our mail is scanned and emailed to us before it even hits our mailbox (thank you USPS for that feature!) we went back they said they mailed it and they said they’ll put a stop to that check and mail another but it would take an additional 6-8 weeks! Well here we are 8 weeks later and no check! Kay Jewelers has stolen from us! I’m sick of them saying it’s in the mail, I just wanted my ring. I have half the mind to go to our local news station about this! The ladies in the store swear they cannot help us, we’ve been nothing but nice but I’m done being nice. Kay jewelry are thieves.

    All 3 young ladies Carol, Hillary and Tiffany were a great help. Came in for a cleaning and inspection and walked out with a very happy wife with new 1/2 carrot diamond earrings and a Citizen new watch and wedding band for myself. Thanks again for all your help.

    I’ve been shopping with Kay for a few years- something I’ve noticed is every store is not the same. The Greene outlet location has an absolute beautiful collection of fine jewelry and the customer service is always exceptional. This location is by far my favorite! Take all of my money!

    I brought in a necklace with a loose clasp that I needed repaired for a same-day event. There wasn't time to send it off to the jewelers, but the sweet lady in the store bent it so it would last the night, and then didn't even charge me for her time! She did a great job - the necklace was secure for the whole event! I'll definitely be bringing it back for a more permanent fix, though. Thank you!!!

    This location has some of the most kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff around. After many failed attempts, they helped me tremendously to find the right items that met my standards. I will not purchase a piece of jewelry from another location for the rest of my days. Top-notch service.

    Very poor customer service. They did not have a very basic item.. stud earrings for the birth month. Did not offer to call another store. When I asked if they could do that did not want to and said that they would have to have an item # to call. Won't be back. This was my first experience with Kay Jewelers. They lost a future customer.

    These ladies are always super helpful and friendly. They always help us get the maximum discounts for our purchases. My husband and I only shop at Kay for our jewelry and I love the protection plans. We go to this store in particular because they're more down to earth and fun to talk to. We never feel rushed.     This is one of the best Kay stores I have worked with. Hillary and Carol are fantastic! Whether is it servicing a missing stone, picking out a watch, creating a custom setting for a ring, the list goes on -- they have you covered! I have always felt heard with my questions/concerns, and they don't pressure you at all. 11/10 recommend!

    Can't beat this place for your wedding bands. 35% when we spent over $1500. Lifetime warranty on both our bands diamond replacements and scratch repair for free if diamonds get broken or lost. Got a bridal set and band under $5000 with the 35% off. Completely satisfied and customer service was excellent with the whole staff being involved and assuring. They were patient and dedicated to getting our band sent out for resize to be returned for our wedding day. So glad we chose Kay on a sale day 😌✅️

    We went to Kay because my husbands chain honoring his grandma had broke and he was devastated. Carol and Hillary were absolutely amazing in helping us get my husbands chain fixed. They were kind and careful and answered all of our questions to reassure us that we were in good hands. Will definitely be going to Kay in the Greene from now on.

    Didn’t even want to provide 1 star but had to. I wish I would have read the reviews before trust this location with my wedding ring. A bracket around my center diamond broke off end of February. Took it into this location to get it sent off and fixed. Received it back a week or 2 later, 3 days later the same bracket broke off. Went back into the store to tell them the issue and the lady told me they will expedite my ring since it wasn’t properly fixed the first time. Fast forward to now, didn’t receive my ring back until today after not having it since end of February and come to find out the repair team completely botched my wedding ring. Not only was the bracket still bent, BUT they stated that the center diamond got chipped in the process and they had to replace it. THEY REPLACED MY CENTER DIAMOND WITH A SMALLER SIZE DIAMOND WITH NO EXPLANATION OR CAUTION! After having this discussion with the store manager, she stated that there was nothing they or the repair team could do because “as I know, no 2 diamonds are alike.” I understand no 2 diamonds are alike but they tried to get away with providing us with a smaller diamond not thinking me or my husband would notice. Worst customer service I have ever encountered and I recommend going to a different store location because each location has their own repair shops they work with. I in fact took it to another Kay location and after they inspected my ring, they in fact also stated that the previous location / repair team messed it up.

Today my daughter and I stopped in on the spur of the moment to get our ears pierced. While they prefer appointments they were right on it! Excellent
