πŸ‘πŸ‘ Beautiful wetlands and nature preserve. The trail is a little over a mile to the end and back.Monday Creek which the trail follows and ends at is also very scenic. There aren't any amenities but the parking area can accommodate 7 or 8 vehicles. There are a few benches along the trail. People often mention trail,

As another reviewer said, it was hard to find the trail and a sign would be nice to have. You have to walk back to the road to find the beginning of the trail. It’s about a 1 mile walk, half a mile out and then half a mile back on a nice level, straight trail.

Very cute short trail, no hills or obstacles. You need to walk towards the road and hang a right from the parking lot to access the trail. Not super wide.

What a pleasant surprise - very much enjoyed the signage. Would like to read more of Ora Anderson's work.

Would have been nice if the parking lot had a sign that pointed towards the trail, we figured it out obviously. Our own fault not applying bug spray before, we had to turn back fairly soon. Reading the short poems was pleasant.

So this is such a great place to hike! It's kept up nice and is so quiet! The river is on one side and the swamp on the other!! It also has great signs that say what you might see back in there and has resting benches that you can look out over the water! Very relaxing place! You can get some pretty pictures back there. I have not made it all the way through yet but that's my goal!

Nice, flat, straight trail, about a half mile heading away from the road back to the river. Nice view of the wetlands. Lots of water fowl, turtles, frogs, and assorted bugs. Yes, there are bugs, even mosquitoes. This is a wetland trail, that is to be expected.
