Thorntons is a great gas station ⛽️

I don't visit this location all that much since it's out of my way but I love their drink fountain. So many more options than other gas stations. The drinks are all one price too which is even better for the larger sizes. I have seen signs about so many cents off per gallon with a club membership too. Another value.

Stopped here tonight for a quick drink before hitting 275 to go home. Got a great tasting Mt Dew and cherry freeze from the machine. Really hit the spot. Bathroom was fairly clean. Inside the store was clean. Guy behind the counter was friendly. Good place to stop.

This place is a joke. The new lady with the 80's hair and a Karen attitude will be the reason they lose business. She is the kind of person who wakes up every day and say's... "How can I make someone's day difficult for no reason besides making myself feel better." I would go there every day, now I do not plan on going back. She is loud, she is rude, she called a customer an A**hole RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME the other day, the guy did not say or do anything to be called that, I will give him that. She just wanted to make it as hard as possible for him and everyone else. Great job Thorntons! You hired a real winner there!

You can't even use a debit card at the pumps without being a member.. It just tells me to pay inside but then it placed a 100 dollar holding fee when it doesn't even let me get any gas.

95¢ soda fountain! 🤯 One of the people who was working nightshift yelled at an Asian man as I was walking out, even though the Asian guy was chill with everyone in the store. Clerk demanded him to pick up a beer he was swapping, and made everything uncomfortable.

The night shift always remembers me and my order. The night last (dark hair w glasses) has found a picture of my nephew and I, also my id I lost! 2 different occasions and both times she saved my stuff for me till I came back! Best customer service from them ALL!

The folks at this Thorntons really put forth a great effort at keeping the place clean and well-stocked. Service is fast and friendly. This location is often very busy yet they still find time to keep all the stations and restrooms clean. A great crew!

I stopped in the Milford ohio location and the lady behind the counter is very rude.I was almost out of gas and all I had on me was 100 bills I tried to get 40 in gas and a few drinks for the road and she refused to give me change because she just did a drop.From now on I will never stop at any Thornton location.She was very rude eyes rolling with a attitude like she was angry about being there.

Every time I go into your establishment on the late nights . Your cashiers are always uninviting and short with me and others who are in line . Like we are an inncoinvence . I've worked third shift gas stations for years before I found the job I actually love. I know the hours are horrible and the pay isn't good. But It was the life I lived . Never did I talk it out on the people I served. Customer service is a big part of the job. You should make people feel like a inconvenience when your doing what you get paid to do. The eye rolls and the cold shoulders when giving them a greeting is just uncalled for. I thought it was just me as a person at first. Thinking that you can't please everyone and let it go. Until I seen it don't to several people infront and behind me . Also compared stories with other people who go there. PLEASE ADDRESS THE ISSUE . I see your hiring now. Sooner rather than later.
