Usually a great place to go. However, on Tuesday, October 22, I was walking in, and the woman that I assume is the manager, made a smart comment to the other employee, about me not having a mask on. If I had come to shop it wouldn't have made me mad, but I just came to get gas. When I just get gas, I always pay at the pump. I wouldn't ever have to go in, if their sorry selves would fix the pump printers. The whole point of paying at the pump is so you don't have to go in. Not pay, and then have it say, go inside for receipt. This isn't the first time she's made off the cuff comments.

If I could give it a 0 stars I would The new guy. He's dark skin he is horrible......... now at first I thought he was a good guy. Nice and stuff but he is really mean and every time I go in their and he's working at night the hot chocolate is not working. It was only me and him in their and I asked him if he would please get it running so that I could have some he looked at me funny and started looking at his phone again.!! I was really pissed off and I think u guys should fix this bc he will coast u a lot of money and people who come on daily basis! I have not been back since I go across the street. To the other gas station.

Love this place, gas pumps always have paper towels, they hardly run out of anything and everyone is nice!

Used to love Thorntons because of the 24 hour promise (if prices go up, you get the lower price), frequency rewards, and perpetual $.03 off the gallon. Well for no reason at all they stopped the 24 hour promise with no warning, and their pumps don't even give you a chance to enter your loyalty card info for the $.03 off. This was the only reason I remained loyal to Thorntons but I will be going to Kroger from now on. They have $.03 off the gallon and at least my groceries still earn points.

We have a standing Thursday appointment and pass this station. My husband and I always stop on Thursdays to get gas and buy lottery tickets on our way. Multiple times the bathrooms are closed and we are told we are not allowed to use them. Last night after spending more $ we were told the bathrooms are closed. We won’t be back

System is always crashing so they're not able to ring out anyone and the night shift workers always have poor standoffish attitudes

No public restrooms open. Don't plan on stopping here if your going thru traveling.

An older short , with shoulder legnth hair rudely brought up the "towl heads across street " and wouldnt stop making racist slurs to finish ringing me up. Highly unprofessional and at her age should know better. I'll be going to the quote " towl heads" who are actually very respectful people to their costumers.

Because of what I just experienced at this store I will never step foot in Thortans again much less spend another dime there... My wife and I went in to get a few things and when we left I was accused of stealing the cashier said she got a phone call saying I stole something.....I voluntarily emptied my pockets and when she discovered that I had nothing I was accused of already taking something to my vehicle because while my wife was in line I walked out to check on our dog that was in the truck I came back in and waited in line with her. I am a 100% disabled veteran with severe ptsd and being publicly humiliated in front of other customers and my wife is like a smack in the face... The police were not called which leads me to believe this woman knows I didn't steal anything. The day shift at this particular store are top notch people but because of this single employee falsely accusing me of theft and making me feel like a pile of feces by embarrassing me in front of complete strangers I will run out of gas and walk to the next place before I give them another penny....I am even contemplating contacting legal counsel. This single lady has in my opinion made Thortans a horrible company to do business with and if something isn't done about her alot more business can and will be rightfully list.... The gentleman who was working when I just stopped in was wonderful I was paying with change and he looked at me and said save your change and swiped his card my heart just melted good people like that is what we need in this world thank you so much young man you made my night very appreciative for your kind heart
