The first time I ordered from China Dynasty they put my food into Styrofoam containers that ended up getting crushed and leaked all over the bag back in the summer of 2019. It happened the second time as well a bit later into 2019. The only reason I went back is because they gave out a coupon and I had hoped the first time was a mishap. The vegetable rice rolls that I ordered my second time going had rotten brown avocado in it. So I had to scrap it out to even scrounge up some of the food since I lived quite a distance away. I didn't order from them again until summer of 2021 and I was once again sorely disappointed. They either managed to fix their usual squishing of food containers or I just got lucky on my third order from them. Regardless, I ordered the vegetable rice rolls as an appetizer for carryout once more and they gave me brown dried carrots in them. This time I called and informed the restaurant staff of this and they offered to remake it. While I was sitting in the waiting area by their front door as they remade my rice rolls, I noticed that their fish tank was filthy. If they're willing to slack on their appearance and care in the front of house it makes me worry about how they handle food and cleanliness behind the scenes. The staff was friendly but they're negligent with checking orders, preparing food, and taking care of their front end with how filthy the fish tank was. These are not actions that I would consider conducive to a proper restaurant establishment. I hope they get it together and look into properly caring for their fish tank but I would not recommend ordering from their carryout unless you like rotten vegetables and squished and leaking food containers.

Would not recommend. Overall this place has spotty service, but on our last visit it was exceptionally bad. On top of that, the spring rolls they served us were still frozen on the inside and the beef fried rice had raw beef in it. When they brought the sushi it did not include any wasabi and when I asked the waiter for wasabi, he didn't even turn around, just put a finger in the air. When he did bring the wasabi, it was in packets, like ketchup would be. I guess that is one way to serve it. When confronted about the raw and undercooked food, he could be heard muttering under his breath that the food was not raw. The pictures would prove otherwise. If you can get this restaurant on a good day, the food can be good, but that is really hit or miss. They did bring out new servings of the undercooked food, but still did not take those dishes off of the bill. Overall, not a recommendation.

This was my first time eating here, but it won't be my last! My friend and I got seated right away. The atmosphere was very warm and cozy. We ordered appetizers of pot stickers and crab rangoon to share. My friend tried the General Tso's chicken while I had the orange chicken special with wonton soup and an egg roll. The spice on the General Tso's chicken was just right, and not overpowering. I could taste a hint of orange in my dish, which wasn't overpowering either. My friend and I will definitely go back to try some other items from their delicious menu which offered a nice variety of food to choose from! 😋

Best sushi and Asian cuisine around. Just had the Peking duck. They can accommodate gluten-free with most of their selections. It was amazing.

Great food and service. They have a lot of nice choices on the menu. The food was really good, my only issue was that the dish washer may need service because the dishes and silverware were a little dirty.

This was my first time ordering from this place. I will not be ordering again. I paid over $15 for a small amount of vegetable lo mein to go. Too many vegetables that didn’t taste too good. The vegetarian meat was good but again small amounts for what I paid. However, the celery was really hard in the vegetarian meat dish. Maybe dining in is much better.

We enjoyed this place. We had a Thai dish, Jjamppong soup and sushi. Rolls were large. Soup was delicious. This is a family ran restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place.

How anybody gives less than four stars for this restaurant is mind boggling. Although from the area, yet no longer living overly-close, whenever I’m in the general area (will drive “out of the way”) and have a taste for Asian cuisine, this is ALWAYS my go-to. I’ve been eating here for many years. The food is always consistently good with very generous portions and intentional presentation - including for go orders. Service is always efficient, courteous, and professional. Pricing is very reasonable. Be skeptical of those lower starred reviews, they’re sketchy 😉.

The food was delicious, service was great, we did carryout and it was packed well. The restaurant looks nice inside and was clean, much different than the typical Chinese food place where you don't even feel comfortable touching the table/chairs. Portions were generous for the quality of food and rising prices.

Wow, finally an authentic restaurant for Korean food, sushi, and Chinese food. The chef’s knowledge and extensive training is really impressive. Couldn’t take pictures because we ate everything so quickly it was delicious, definitely will be our go to restaurant from now on.

Great service and the best egg drop soup I’ve had. Chicken lettuce wraps were also great! I didn’t care too much for my veggie roll and they took it off the bill for me without me asking. Mai Tai was a little pricey but still yummy! Definitely a new favorite restaurant!

I grade hard maybe 1 in 20 are a five. Maybe 2 in 20 rate a 4 where everything is above average. We had two versions of basic chicken dishes, orange chicken and general Tao's chicken. BOTH WERE NICE renditions of the dishes. The fried rice nothing to write home about

Good place to stop for Chinese food. Eat in or take out. Food is fresh and there is a large variety from which to pick. Lunch specials are about $9+ (April 2023) and you can pick steamed or fried rice, egg roll or soup. I had hot sour soup and it was very good

So good! The staff is super nice and I loved that the chef came out and talked to us. Wish I got a picture of the appetizer we got but it was so delicious I didn't get the chance

Absolutely amazing food! We are big Chinese food lovers and this is easily some of the best we’ve found in Dayton! So fast and so nice!

On 3 separate occasions I have ordered take out over several months apart! China Dynasty was one of my favorite restaurants. I order the same item...General Tso's chicken...all white meat. This was the last time! Chicken is dry and not freshly cooked. Brown sauce has no flavor and there were no red pepper's. Not a bit spicy. Not sure if they have a new chef or what, but no more orders from me. Very disappointed as this menu item used to be fabulous. I have ordered it for years. I gave them 3 additional trys.

A mound of iceberg lettuce in my wonton soup that had two tiny wontons in it and they tasted awful. I ordered some kind of chicken with mushrooms and fried rice. The mushrooms were raw, chicken so bland and the rice was not fried. Totally not worth the price.
