Went for the first time. We ordered the Japanese noodles with steak and the spicy beef. Portions were small, didn't even go past half the bowl for the regular size. It was more of a snack size portion at $21, it was a bit too pricey. Will not return as there are other places where I know I will get my money's worth. Not worth the drive. Staff was friendly.

I like Noodles and Company. This location has a new staff basically every time I go but I have never felt disrespected or disregarded. food has met my expectations and has been quickly prepared.

This review is for the location in Bowie, MD. Since I was in the area and there isn't one located where I live, I stopped in. First, what I ordered inside came up as "unavailable" at this location within the app. Second, what I ordered, was "EXTRA" Parmesan Crusted Chicken. As you can see from the photo...that is not extra. I did check my receipt and it looks as if the cashier did not charge me for it after she confirmed it TWICE! Third, the photo of that vegetable on the plastic top, appears to be Zucchini...I guess??? Whatever it is...I DON'T EAT IT! I asked what was in this dish because Stroganoff is no longer on the menu. Outside of having the mushrooms substituted with Broccoli, tge cashier said spinach was the only other vegetable included. Last but certainly not least is the sauce...or lack there of!! Where is it?! Why is the extra so minimal if they already know they barely add any in the first place?! Listen, I'm not saying not to visit this location but please don't do what I did...forget that folks are still functioning in "COVID" mode and are either minimizing or forgetting...check your food before leaving 😏😉

Cute place to eat..all different kinds of noodles to choose from meaning with protein, shrimp ect. We will definitely go again.

Just terrible!!! Food was cold, and didn't look like it was ever cooked!! Cheese not melted, and pit stickers cold as if they came out of the frige!! Disgusting, and I will never order from them again!! Didn't even get my coke as well!!

Used rotten shrimp!!!! Disgusting ...ugh and had to pay extra when I ended out throwing it away

I had a hair appointment in the shopping center and I knew it was going to be long. Noodles is one of my fav restaurants but it’s not prominent where I live so I just had to get my favorite dish; Penne Rosa! I was greeted as soon as I entered, there were no customers and my server appeared “bored.” Nevertheless he still was polite and even carried my meal to me when ready. Food was delish as always and I NEVER had a bad experience at any locations. Thanks Noodles

My first time eating at this restaurant ever. I got this dish called the Pad Tai with Chicken and Shrimp...and let me tell you it was Hella good my friends I would recommend this restaurant.

Friendly staff, service was pretty quick. Got the Japanese pan noodles and dumplings. The dumplings were ok, noodles were really salty, not even sure what the noodles tasted like over the salt. Portions are very small, not even half a bowl, and pretty expensive for what it is. This was my first time at noodle and company so I have no idea how this location compares to others.

I ordered today for food from them but they send me only the pasta and shrimp but didn’t send me the regular coke which really very annoying the order was through Grubhub, was calling nobody received my call at the restaurant I tried three times. I complained about it to Grubhub then so annoyed not the first time they did it before too !

This place is tax. Cashier charged me for regular size sides. $7 for Mac and cheese and $6 for chicken noodle soup. This place will never get my money. Cashier is picking the size I want is so disrespectful. She don’t even ask like I want a regular size when I already ordered a penna Rosa.

You can get excellent food at any Noodles and Company, but the customer service at this particular location is always outstanding! I’ve been here a number of times, again and again the staff is friendly and personable, and the food is always made perfect to order. Clearly a sign of excellent leadership at this location.

Mhmmm…. First time at Noodles and Company. The staff was very friendly and nice but when I got home about to crush my food, I saw that there was hair in it. Automatic turn off for me. For $10.50 pad Thai that I didn’t even get to eat is way expensive and they only give you a little portion so needless to say I am not going back there.

Terrible service. My order was forgotten and the manager, “Tam”, had an attitude while issuing my refund even though I’d been waiting 20 minutes for a salad. Also, he claimed to not have the number for corporate.

I want to share the disgusting experience I recently had at Noodles and Company in Bowie. I ordered ice tea from their tea dispenser which was disgusting. The top of the canister was opened and something told me to look in there . It was totally diseased with all sorts of mold and other particles . I did report to the health department and their corporate office.

Ordered twice in a day! It was very good! I got the parm crusted chicken penne pasta, absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend
