I've
had
a
great
experience
with
Leah,
the
owner
twice
before
this
except,
she's
not
friendly,
completely
ignores
you
but
color
and
cut
are
ok.
Not
a
warm
friendly
place
at
all!
The
owners
daughter
is
not
just
unprofessional,
she's
rude!!
Upon
arriving
I
was
not
greeted
professionally,
I've
had
to
ask
her
where
to
sit
and
put
my
coat.
The
owners
daughter
didn't
greet
me
at
all,
did
not
introduce
herself,
made
me
feel
like
I
was
interrupting
her
and
she
was
10
minutes
late,
I
was
the
only
customer
there!
I've
had
to
strip
down
to
her
comfort
level
in
29
degrees,
the
salon
is
freezing!
I
had
worn
the
same
turtleneck
with
a
font
zippered
fleece,
several
times
before
to
get
my
hair
colored.
Without
a
proper
greeting
or
one
word,
as
she
applied
the
cape,
she
was
yanking
my
neck
and
pinching
my
skin.
I
literally
had
to
jump
out
of
the
chair
and
yell
STOP!
LEAVE
ME
ALONE!
I'LL
DO
IT!
Her
only
response
was,
"
YOU
don't
wear
a
turtleneck
when
you
go
to
get
your
hair
colored."
Not,"
I'm
sorry."
She
then
proceeds
to
tell
me
to
remove
my
comfortable
fleece.
It
was
29
degrees.
The
salon
is
freezing!!
I
was
completely
uncomfortable
and
felt
violated.
After
making
me
strip
down
to
her
comfort
level,
she
then
immediately
begins
speaking
about
how
much
extra
it's
going
to
cost$10
per
inch
for
a
touch
up
after
I've
told
her
that
I
want
an
entirely
new
look
and
not
a
touch
up,
she
insisted
upon.
She
insisted
upon
doing
my
hair
her
way
and
punishing
me
by
charging
extra
for
neglecting
my
roots.
She
insulted
me
for
neglecting
my
touch
ups.
I
was
dealing
with
personal
tragedy
and
loss.
That
never
mattered
to
her.
Not
anything
that
made
me
feel
comfortable
mattered
to
her.
When
I've
disagreed
with
her
and
chose
my
colors,
against
her
will,
She
threw
her
hands
up
in
the
air.
Took
my
cape
off
and
said,
I'm
not
doing
your
hair
today,
get
out.
And
she
left
me
sitting
there.
It
was
an
emergency
appt.
Her
mother
wasn't
available.
She's
old
and
retiring
so
,
you
get
to
deal
with
her
rude,
bossy,
unprofessional
daughter
that
kicks
you
out
of
the
salon
for
disagreeing
with
her
opinion
about
what
your
hair
should
look
like.
It
took
me
2
hours
to
get
there
and
$50
in
gas.
I
then
had
to
drive
73
miles
to
Vinny's
Salon
In
Westmont
Illinois,
4
hours,
$100
in
gas
to
be
greeted
with
kindness,
love,
hugs,
and
respect
in
a
warm
friendly
atmosphere
at
Vinny's
Salon
on
Fairmont
in
Westmont
Illinos.
I've
had
great
facials
there
for
over
a
decade
but
this
was
my
first
time
getting
my
hair
done!
It
is
the
best
color
and
cut
that
I
have
ever
had
in
my
life!
Vinny
would
not
allow
me
to
leave
without
free
facial
threading
so,
I
would
look
and
feel
good
when
I
start
my
own
business
tomorrow.
As
V.P.
of
a
media
firm
for
30
years,
my
looks
are
very
important
to
my
career.
As
I
attend
events
and
galas
constantly.
I
go
to
a
salon
to
visit
with
friendly
people
in
a
relaxing
environment
where
they
treat
me
with
respect
and
kindness.
And
help
me
maintain
my
looks
as
I
age.
Not
to
be
bullied,
judged,
ignored
and
stripped
down
to
a
t-shirt
in
29
degrees
by
someone,
intent
on
making
me
look
her
way.
No
thanks!
I
will
never
be
back.
