Fantastic comfort food in a casual atmosphere. If your looking for a quality local meal, not a franchise, this is a wonderful place. The menu has a large variety of cuisines. If your in the mood for drinks and appetizers, sandwiches, pizza or dinner entrees they have something that will please you.

Good food. Menu has a good selection. Atmosphere is low key. A neighborhood favorite, I sensed.

I was BLOWN AWAY by today’s food and service from this locally owned and operated Lansing restaurant!! Literally, the food was plated and served within 5 minutes of my placing the order!!! I had the Turkey dinner (only served on Wednesdays) and it was DELICIOUS!!! I’ll be back!!!! This is the definition of “COMFORT FOOD!”

My family and I enjoyed everything about our lunch here. We were greeted with pure Michigan hospitality and sat very quickly, durning a busy lunch rush. Our waitress was polite, informative, and attentive the whole time. We order the pizza riles to start and they were served hot, with homemade ranch- absolutely delicious. My wife and I ordered the California wrap and the young slapper sandwich. Both were served hot and just as good as our appetizer. If you’re in the area I highly recommend you eat here and support a high quality local business!

1st time ordering breakfast here. Our bill was almost $30 My son ordered the hearty breakfast Toast soggy, food thru together Bacon black I Ordered the brisket hash and eggs… for $11.99 Not impressed. I’ve taken a few bites and im just like ? $11.99 for this ? 4-5 little potatoes, 2 eggs, a 1/2 cup of brisket, and 2 pieces of bread. Not worth the $$ Its like someone just slopped this together and thru it in a to- go box with no care. I understand small portions, but damn? Really? Go to Sophia’s In Grand Ledge . Even BoB Evans . This was disappointing. We eat here a few times a month. I never give a bad review. This had to be mentioned

Excellent food and service. We had my daughter and son-in-laws baby shower there and it was great. In the basement. And we were a little worried when we heard it was in the basement and there were stairs. My mother can't do stairs very well . But they had a wall mounted lift chair. Don't see those often. Again great place and atmosphere.

Visited this place for dinner while in town for business. The staff was very friendly. The place was full when I got there but there was a seat at the bar. Had the pepperoni pizza and it was very good. Lady next to me had the turkey pot pie and I kind of wish I would have ordered that. Good local place that I would visit again.

I can’t say enough about the food or the service. This was my first time going here for breakfast, what a pleasant surprise. My omelet was filled with the ingredients asked for, the hash browns are freshly shredded and piping hot! Pancakes were good and the sausage was great quality. My waitress was friendly and took great care of me. I will definitely be back. This place was packed on Sunday and can accommodate large groups of people.

I've be driving past this place for years and wanted to try it but got some reason never did. Well, i took a chance after church on Sunday and was absolutely glad I did. I had the food, fries, and blacken chicken fettuccine alfredo and was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and seasoning. It was really good. My sister and my cousin ordered the wet Burrito and the beef quesadilla. The portion size was huge and they really enjoyed what they could actually eat. The service was great. I will definitely recommend this spot and will definitely be back.

It is really awkward when everyone's food comes out one plate at a time. Unfortunately, it also wasn't very good. I asked for well done fries, nope. The seasoning on them was gross anyway. My French dip had bland meat and a dip that tasted more like water than au jus. It's a nice place and a convenient location for our family to meet, but the food is not as good.

Crowded on Saturday Eve. We got seats at the bar. GREAT prime rib. Cooked to perfection. Bonus piece of carrot birthday cake that is out of this world! Will return to try pizza.

Stopped by for a quick sandwich. The wife and I come here often. Reliably good food and friendly service.

Some of the most delicious, homemade bean soup I’ve ever had! Garlic toast was a nice compliment. Wait staff was VERY friendly and the atmosphere was not dark at all. High recommend! I’d definitely go back!

Service is phenomenal. I'm sorry that I don't remember the names of the exceptional and fun, personable servers that we had. But they were great! We were from out of town on business and just happened to stop by for lunch. It was an exceptional find. Lasagna was incredible! Actually, the lasagna dish could feed two. And it was so delicious! My friends got the calzone and pizza. Although everything is good, I would recommend the pizza over the calzone. This local eatery is a good place to experience. It will not disappoint.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. I have been hearing good things about Pizzanos and decided to stop in. The first thing I noticed was how amazingly clean it was. I am picky, and I found nothing wrong. The waitress had a fantastic attitude, which made the visit that much better. The Michigan bean soup is delicious without the need for salt or pepper. The house special pizza was perfect. Now I need to stop by for breakfast.

I had one of the best Reuben sandwiches here, but I love several items on their menu. Very attentive service and clean pleasant atmosphere. I also like the fresh updates made here. Great night out for anyone.

The best soups in town. Favorites are their cheeseburger soup, clam chowder, and beef and barley. Love their breakfast and the daily specials. Pot roast Tuesday once a month is my favorite. The owners really work their business and it shows.

First off the "Cold" slaw was warm and tasted rotton. When I asked for a stack of napkins because I had a messy meal the waitress actually said napkins are expensive and asked if three would be enough, I said I have a really messy meal and we'll just have to ask for more what's the big deal and she brought five with attitude. Asked how much a slice of cake was she said almost eight dollars. I wont be going back. Not only is the food gross and the service terrible but the prices are over the top rediclous.

My wife and I ordered some “colossal” cinnamon rolls from Piazzano’s after reading some other reviews about them. They are very large served with a generous portion of cream cheese frosting that is super delicious. The rolls themselves while large, weren’t the best tasting in the area. The dough tasted very similar to pizza dough, leading us to believe that it’s the same dough recipe the restaurant uses for their pizza. The cream cheese frosting was delicious though.

Olive Burger is wonderful and the house chips mouthwatering. Daily specials are as delicious as homemade comfort foods. Breakfast is more than most can eat but equally delectable. Pizza and Italian, Magnifico!!! Staff is attentive, kind, and fast. You will never be disappointed here with breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Very good food, a pleasant atmosphere and a helpful staff. Most recently a friend and I stopped just for a couple drinks while bicycling, and we were allowed to use the outdoor seating area to cool off even though it was marked as closed. Hint: when I sit outdoors for just drinks I fetch my own and clean up after myself but still tip. The staff is busy enough.

The service was amazing even though they were packed. We went at noon. The food was really good! I got a cheeseburger. I've been here for brunch too and their blueberry pancakes and mimosas are amazing!

The owners and servers went above and beyond to make my family celebration memorable with exceptional food and service....and we can be a little snobby 😁 Nicely appointed banquet room. Every employee was gracious and helpful...in fact I owe one who brought down our cake and the chef that kept our food coming! Jim, Sergio, and Mrs. Jim (didn't get her name) were so kind. This will be my family go to for Lansing based events. Thank you. Thank you! THANK YOU 😘

Used to come here a lot with my dad when I was younger. I guess the ownership has changed since then and not for the better. So much grease. Forgot a side order and the Buffalo on my Buffalo chicken wrap. Only gets two stars for the pretzels and fries.

As always, my favorite grub stop. Johnny D - best bartender in the Lansing area. The menu is awesome from start to finish with classic Italian, Mexican, and American mouth-watering options. The 5 cheese Mac w/ Brisket was FIRE!

Great ambiance and great food. So many many great choices that I will be going back again and again to try everything I want. The staff was friendly, nice, and fast. They did a great job making us feel welcome and valued. Will for sure be going back to Piazzanos again in the near future!

We had high hopes because of the rave reviews but it was quite disappointing. Our family goes out to eat once a week and we look forward to good food/atmosphere. I ordered the chicken parmasana. The chicken was dry, the cheese was good, the sauce that accompanied the spaghetti was just awful. It tasted like it came out of a can. I mean this was below ragu or a lower end sauce from Kroger. My wife got the lasagna. She wasn't impressed either. Usually when you go to an Italian restaurant you expect the cooks to put a lot of thought into the sauce that accompanies pasta. This was not the case. Our waitresses was OK. Very cold towards us, but she did her job fine. I hate to leave reviews like this because it is a local business, but I feel people need to know. People going out to spend the hard earned money, and the owners need to know that their product is slipping. We spent about $60 for a meal that was probably worth around $20. We'll try it again in the future and maybe I'll change my rating.
