Went here for a festival. Was 15$ to get in, and honestly I’m not sure what the 15$ got me?? The setup wasn’t great, lacked tables for people to sit at and eat and the food and beverages were over priced. Not much thought put into it. Definitely would rather go somewhere else to spend my money.

We've sent our two boys through this music school and it was great. Fun times for the kids and parents. The coffee shop is a great add, good luck Chris!

Went saw a Radiohead tribute band here tonight. Amazing. Venue is great. Owner is awesome. And you'll thank yourself for going to a show here.

My husband and I came down with COVID. I have been calling both of their phone numbers and left messages for 3 days about seening if we could get a refund or a credit for the tickets we bought for one of their shows. I even spoke to Susan and supposedly she took a message and said she would have the ticket office call me back. However, no one has called back nothing for 3 days. I don't think this is a good way to run a business! I had tickets to see Luke Bryan and Ticketmaster was able to get back to me within 12 hrs of my initial contact. However, Lake Geneva House of Music can't return 6 messages in 3 days. Don't do business with them they don't care about their customers!

This place has a pretty cool venue to come and see live music. Drink prices were reasonable, food prices pretty expensive for what you get. My biggest complaint is if you want to leave to go to your vehicle and come back in you need to be escorted by a staff member. I understand some people probably have drinks in their car or whatever but I simply needed to grab a hoodie from my truck. Seemed pretty over the top and invasive to my privacy. Besides that the place is pretty cool.

Excellent experience. Free parking, food and beverages available for purchase. No carry in allowed. Music was energetic, bring your chairs and enjoy!! Looking forward to seeing more shows this Summer. Just wish they would add additional bathrooms.
