Joel is honestly one of the best! He always does a great job with myself, partner and 2 sons(4 & 6). We’ve been going to Joel for several months now and every time has been awesome. My boys are always excited when it’s time to go see Mr Joel, lol. He’s always been so patient with their haircuts, questions and energy. The shop is always clean, the music is good and the general atmosphere is comfortable. My family and I are very happy Never Boxed In came to town and is thriving!

Fantastic place that specializes in men's haircuts and beard trimming. Appointments are best as they are always booked. I don't think I've ever been able to just walk in for a cut as they are permanently busy. Clean, professional, and a really good memory for the individual customers. I've never been disappointed here!

Owners little brother cut my hair and didn’t listen to a word I said completely went based off a video I showed which I explained I only wanted the fade from NOT THE ENTIRE HAIRCUT. Told him specifically to trim the top and do a little layering. I came in with a grown out perm and there’s not one curl left on my head. I wasn’t even mad at the barber until my brother called about a refund, which they agreed to originally. They later messaged me and told me I got what I asked for based on that video and that they would not be refunding me. I respectfully explained there must of been a miscommunication because I did not ask for a recreation of that video. They made me wait to close to get back to me about my refund and proceeded to ban me from their shop and also proceeded to argue with me over the haircut. Even if he had cut my hair based entirely around that video it is still NOT an acceptable haircut. The fade is choppy and somehow the hair on the back of my colic is longer than the hair on top of my head. Ended up getting my refund after an unnecessary argument. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

I had the best hair cutting experience that I have ever had here. Joel is truly a master of his craft and after leaving my appointment today I felt more confident than I have in years. I will definitely be coming back.

Moved to town over a year and a half before a handful of friends talked me in to giving this place a shot. I was hesitant to say the least. I’m not a fan of change when it comes to my barber. After 4 cuts I can say with 100% certainty this place is it. The shop is clean and offers a great vibe. Joel is a master of his craft and made me feel welcome from the very first cut! Will recommend to anyone and everyone that asks.

I've used every hair stylist and barber shop in town, THIS is the place I will only use from now on. It's the only place where every barber is 100% knowledgeable of what you're asking for. Most of the places in the area don't even know what a line up is....a line up, the most simple thing in the world and every other place either doesn't know what it is or how to properly do it without me having to say anything. The only words that came out of my mouth at this establishment were, "I want a high fade with an 8 on top and a 0 on the bottom, with a line up, and a complete shave." That was it, and he did everything with absolutely no problems. The prices may be a few more dollars more than the competitors in the area, but it is definitely well worth it. I had a business meeting the next day, and I got compliments as some as I got in the door. Come here if you want an experience that you'll remember.
