Loved it. My wife and I went here for a first time Escape Room and really enjoyed it. Great place, nice service, excellent location and fun challenges. Highly recommend when visiting LG for an easy fun hour activity.

Fantastic! I took my 11 year old twins to their first escape room here on our girls getaway weekend. They have wanted to do one for years. The staff was great helping with clues for the newbies when we got stuck. I could not have asked for a better experience (except if we would have won!). Highly recommend.

We did an escape room as one of many activities for my sister's bachelorette weekend, and it was probably our favorite activity of the whole weekend! We did the 'Gangsters Gamble' room and successfully made it out with 8+ minutes to spare. Everyone was able to contribute to the groups overall success, and there were ample clues and puzzles to solve in order to succeed at the game. The staff member we interacted with was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be dragging my family back here next time I am in town!

Go to ANY other escape room. I really enjoy all escape rooms I have been to, aside from this escape room. This is my second time visiting this escape room. BOTH times the decorations were very low quality. One of my favorite things about escape rooms is the immersive aspect. Lake Geneva Clue Room does not do this.

The staff was very friendly and the game was fun. The only issue I have is that most of the clues don't lead to the next clue like other escape rooms so we needed tips from the staff. And one clue needed you to listen to the radio but the reception was terrible so you wait for it to play 4 times before you can actually catch everything they're saying. It took like 8 minutes for that one clue.

My group had so much fun here and we didn’t even escape. This was a perfect bachelorette party event. It was a fun experience!

I have been to about 25 escape rooms in the past, but this was one of the most poorly designed escape rooms I have done (storm front). The aesthetic didn’t fit the theme at all. I understand there are limitations on what is allowed as far as room design in the lease, but this room didn’t put any effort into design. You walk into the room and it is just a bunch boxes/containers around the perimeter on the floor of the room. The aesthetic definitely needs work. As for the puzzles, there is a lot of ambiguity in the puzzle design. So it becomes quite easy to get stuck on a puzzle because there are five different ways to interpret the clues. There are also some puzzles that have setups that may not line up properly if you didn’t get certain details correct (ie tightness of a coil). The final thing that I disliked is that there were very few parallel puzzles. Most of the puzzles were “do this thing first, then this thing, then finally this thing.” This is fine for a small group of three people but would lead to a lot of waiting around for larger groups. The only thing that was good about the experience is that the game master was very attentive to the session. I’m not sure if this is the usual experience, but I applaud the attention we received.
