I enjoy shopping at Schnucks. They are doing some renovations. Everything is always clean and well stocked. Very few times do I not find what I am looking for. Customer service is 👍 👌 great. They keep everything so neat and clean. I really enjoy shopping there. It was very busy today and the clerks keep a cheerful attitude even though they get some grouchy and demanding customers.. Keep up the good work to all employees. Thank you Carolyn 😊

Unfriendly staff. NO ONE ever offers to help, they don't want to make eye contact for fear they're going to have to do something. Produce is well-stocked, but a lot of times spoiled. Pharmacy is terrible.

I can’t tell you how much I love this store!! The prices are reasonable, the selection of food and products is wonderful and the customer service is the best. Whether it’s Jason at self service or Debbie stocking shelves they will always help you and are extremely patient and kind. I found the manager one day to tell him and he is a really awesome too. This grocery store is the best!! It’s like going back in time when customer service came first.❤️

Vegetables and fruit was rotten or going rotten ,could not find a good mango. But still like store. Everything is so expensive.

They Have Many Varieties of Good Foods ... Had Not sent Been here in about. 8 yrs when I lived Nearby ... Was going to a restaurant over by the Mall but they went out of business .. SAD ! ... But This Schnucks Was Still Rockin On .. Right On SCHNUCKS ..

It's a grocery store stocked with normal foods. Clean, well lit and employees are attentive. One step lower than Diebergs and one step above Walmart.

I grew up in St. Louis, but now I live elsewhere. Anytime I pass through St. Louis, I buy a bunch of Provel cheese. I called ahead and Margaret at the deli had 10 pounds of Provel cheese waiting for me in a box. She was very helpful. The transaction was prompt, and we were back on the road quickly. This was excellent customer service, which, unfortunately, is sometimes difficult to find these days.

Schnucks has always been on top of there customer service for years. But the last few months I've had to bag my own groceries. Per the cashier when I asked why no baggers anymore she said Schnucks let them all go. So I pay $100 more in groceries now per week due to the huge increase in prices, your Cashiers make a crappie $12 an hour and I now have to bag my own groceries. Come on Schnucks you can do much better with your customer service. It's not your staff it's your greed for more money in your pocket.

Produce is sub par, but the rest is fine. Nothing spectacular or terrible.

I mostly like the store but self check out is like a game of 50 questions. Wal Mart is much faster, you just insert your card and then you're done. And, no hand baskets because "covid." But Dierbergs has them.

Great selection and really is the friendliest store in town.

The new store is wonderful! So inviting, so many choices all nicely displayed. I love the wide selection of prepared foods, hot and cold. The staff are very friendly and helpful!
