Can the doctor please call me urgently i think your staffs attitude needs to change

My doctor is fantastic, but my experiences with the staff members at the reception are absolutely annoying and upsetting, doesn't matter if on the phone or on-site assistance... unprofessional, disorganised and partially unfriendly. I also miss the discretion at the reception desk.

Been jumping from one GP to another, always feeling uncomfortable with the previous Dr's. Finally, I can say that I have found the best GP, Dr Aimee Field. She is beyond amazing!

I have an amazing doctor but the service from the admin/reception ladies are not the greatest i have now requested my blood test to be sent to me twice and phoned every time I phone I am placed on hold only to be cut off eventually with no call backs or any assistance. I need the tests urgently and I am being ignored

Went to Dr A Field two months back with severe abdominal pains as a new patient . She Just gave me meds. No full examination done. Pain persisted for a month got worse and I had to have an emergency operation for an strangulated hernia by another team of doctors. Will never go to Dr A Field again.

I’ve been seeing Dr R Erasmus since I was a toddler and she has always been fantastic. Most recently I saw Dr Luke Giangregorio and he was amazing. Happy to keep coming back to the practice because of the great treatment from these doctors.

My mom called for her new script to be done, my mom and I were always patients of Dr Botha and Field. However Dr Govender was made to do the rescript, having zero knowledge of my moms condition with regards to what she was diagnosed with by her psychiatrist and neurologist, which Dr Botha knew exactly. Yet Dr Govender has the audacity to phone and question my mom regarding her medication that she is currently on and by her own will goes and changes the dosage of the medication, that is highly unethical to be honest. And in the same breath tells my mom that she must come for a consultation, NO that is not right. My mom sees her neurologist on a regular basis and he even upped her medication now Dr Govender lowered it. This is shocking.

Drs are great! Although the ladies at reception are rude, unprofessional. You stand there waiting to be assisted and they pretend they can't see you!!!

Always very friendly and drs are all great, I recommend them to anyone seeking a good GP. Very caring. Professional and extremely efficient.

Such great doctors and helpful staff!

Received exceptional service. I called at 8:30 and was able to receive an appointment by 9:15, I got there and for the first time did not have to wait over an hr to be seen by doctor even when an appointment is made. Dr Portch was respectful, informative and very empathic. There is a also the convenience of a dispensary at the centrr. Will definitely be visiting again when ill.

I love my doctor. He's super friendly and absolutely pays attention. He's informative and willing to offer advice on anything you ask. I see Dr Botha as my regular and Taljaard if he is not there. The staff are friendly and you feel welcome.
