I love the Slow Lounges! This one is great, very spacious, and loads of seating. Service is always spot on with the best Chai Latte ever. Food and drinks are delicious with light bites. Lots of plug points to charge phones and laptops. Free wifi. Worth bring an FNB client for sure!

I’ve been to the lounge for the first time this week and I have to say, it’s the best lounge I’ve been to. Lots of amenities available. The highlight for me though was the tall assistant who stood near the door. I didn’t get his name but he was extremely helpful and had a hat on. I had an issue with lost luggage and he actually went down the elevator with me and guided me with what to do. I am very impressed and wish I could have enjoyed the lounge instead of worrying about the lost luggage!

Why move fast if you can go SLOW. My first visit to SLOW lounge at JNB International and my best Airport lounge visits so far. I used the lounge whilst waiting for a late morning flight. Breakfast was the meal prepared at the dining facility. Excellent coffee, fresh fruit and yogurt, omelettes, sausages, confectionery, juices, cheeses, and baked goods. Plenty of dining space as well. Staff are hospitable and on the ball which means the facility stays clean and looks neat. Very pleasant experience overall.

The lounge is still the perfect place to wait for your flight. The food selection is very limited and you have to make your own cappuccino 😔.

Food- excellent veg and vegan options Beverages- all type of liquers, wine only dry options Atmosphere- nice Ambience, Shower facility available ( No extra charge). Staff- Very helping, always available. Overall the experiance is excellent.

The best lounge I have ever had! We had the most amazing food and drinks, all smiles with their service, a great massage and even bottomless drinks. So impressed with how clean and professional this lounge is. It is like a 5 star hotel! Thanks guys! Welldone!

Good food and drinks. Clean facilities. Friendly floor staff. The ladies admitting you into the lounge could be a tad bit friendlier. They only talk nicely to you after they see you have "financial means" to get into the lounge.

Clean, comfortable & an efficient slow lounge with a great variety of food for all! Loved that the chef checked up on the buffet regularly and cleaned around the food & the serving gear! The buffet also gets replenished well in advance before it looks too empty which is great! Shows that attention to detail & ensures food is always fresh and time/temperature controled! I seriously have no complaints or even suggestions to improve the Slow lounge! Its absolutely brilliant. Everything is clean, the food is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful! They have everything you need to make traveling enjoyable and stress free. I would highly recommend anyone visiting the Slow Lounge or switching to FNB.

An all improved international class lounge - now renovated and much improved- pretty impressive compared to my last review below. Left One of the other lounges as it was a disappointment. On checking into the Slow Lounge we were offered a massage which I accepted. What an amazing start to a long flight. The food was soooo good and taste. The staff and service was a delight and was constantly being cleaned. Highly recommended

So spacious and well planned lounge, to just relax or indulge in their spread of yummy's. Enough charging ports and desks to sit at to do that zoom call. Many staff around to clean up all the time as well.

A beautiful upmarket lounge with amazing airport views. Large variety of food and drinks avaliable. Staff are friendly and willing to help with requests. Wonderful decor and clean environment.

The good parts: The facilities, wifi, catering and staff are top notch and greatly easy the experience of traveling for me (I love flying but get anxious when traveling). The bad parts: The other travelers using the lounge let their children run around unsupervised, make noise, playing in the bathroom area and throw tantrums when they don't get their way. Sadly, the staff seem to be oblivious to this or just didn't want to cause a scene and would just stand there and do nothing. This was highly disappointing and I was not the only person that was constantly looking up and rolling their eyes.

It is a very relax and comfortable place. The service is five stars, the service attendant is very helpful. I hope the lounge will offer more vegetrian food in the future.

This is absolutely worth every cent. To be able to sit well before your flight time makes your trip so much more a pleasure. I booked my ticket via FNB, and I will never do it any other way again. FNB gives you a free lounge access booking with them.. No cling to your property, have some eats or drinks. Even going to the bathroom no the rest/washroom .... clean, nope very clean, Staff awesome polite!

The lounge is a great benefit and definitely a great rest before you flight or to regroup after a quick work trip. They also had showers that was great with towels available with everything you need to refresh before your flight. I make a point of arrivimg a bit earlier in order for me to check into the slow lounge

This is by far the one of the best airport lounges in South Africa. It was my first time but I enjoyed it. It's spacious and enough serving stations. If you're an alcohol person, then you're home here. Their seats have charging ports for your electronic devices. They have a wide range of food selection, you leave with your stomach full. The service is also professional and exceptional.

The lounge on the International terminal is average, it's clean and comfortable but the food selection is terrible compared to what you get in the domestic lounges. The magazine I grabbed off the shelf was from March 2020, it is now June 2021! It's still a comfortable place to rest for a few minutes, but it can improve.

The facilities at the domestic slow lounge are fantastic. The staff could use training, or an overall attitude adjustment though! None of the FOUR people that I interacted at reception, the bar nor the restroom with were friendly. It's really disappointing.
