Cute clothing however prices have been extremely high lately; especially online. You have to spend a lot to qualify for free shipping. The quality is decent on most items, sometimes too definitely have to dig through options in the store before you find something that’s a little more fashionable. Lots of basic clothing that every other woman in Utah seems to own. Customer service is just okay.

This place is my wife’s vice, between their store, online and social media :) it is always clean, friendly and they always return items if my wife doesn’t fit in the item. I’m rating this place as my wife shops here because there is nothing for men to do in this store haha.

I had a last minute high-profile event I had to go with my husband for his work and I wanted to look my best! I went to my sisters closet with stress and anxiety of needing a dress. Amazing Joelle was there that day and she has helped me find a beautiful dress in my size! My trip in and out was short and super easy. Definitely plan on coming back to check out more dresses! I love shopping here for new and consigned clothes. They have a great selection and the prices are really good. They also have a reward system so sometimes I get rewards which is always nice. They are selective about what they take on consignment so it doesn’t feel like you are shopping in a thrift store. This is one of my go-to places to shop for clothes!

Just 14 days ago on Saturday I was exchanging a blouse it was 32.$ Just decided differently on new color blouse which was 35$. blue top! I had bracelets, earrings too. But problem is she left my exchange shirt on back counter didn’t give any of three new items any credit from that blouse instead just gave me 15 percent off , I felt I paid more leaving, the store got extra inventory That I probably should been given back or more credit to my account. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, but after having 2 rather negative separate experiences with an employee, I was almost done. Then my college age daughters needed a dress. I thought My sister's closet had some pretty cute things so I told them to go check it out. When then came home with dresses from a different store I asked them "what did you think about My Sister's closet." They said there were cute things there, but the lady was so rude- they left. I did not tell them about my previous experiences at the store. Also, if you want to sell your clothes- don't go there. It was a complete waste of time and the employee was short and condescending. Her annoyed attitude was really off-putting.

Ordered a product and it was not as advertised. I was only refunded the amount for the misrepresented clothing not the shipping which totaled nearly $20. Who even has business practices like that anymore? Save your money and shop elsewhere. In their reply to my comment they claim I was only charged 6.99 shipping this is not true as I had to pay the return shipping as well. I paid approximately $54 for the shorts and got back a little more than $38. If they do not get complaints about the wash of the shorts normally than that should have been a tip off that the issue is on their end and I should have been compensated fully. I understand they are a small business but that should have been more incentive to provide top customer service.

I have been to this boutique once and like it. They have a variety of cute clothing, both new and used. I will sure be coming back.
