I see Jamie for both acupuncture with cupping and cosmetic acupuncture. She is the only one who can fix my shoulders when they get flared up. Had other practitioners trying for two years! And the cosmetic acupuncture is way better than Botox! Got rid of my double chin and tightened up the front of my throat that was starting to sag. The lines in my forehead are way less prominent. Besides, her treatment is better than what I had in Toronto 20 years ago—and less expensive than what I paid then as well! She is worth the investment in your health (and beauty).

I stumbled upon Evolution of Wellness while searching for lymphatic drainage massage — something that’s surprisingly hard to find in the Barrie area. That’s when I found Olena, and she’s been my go-to ever since. She supported me throughout my pregnancy with prenatal, lymphatic, and regular massages. Olena is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, offering treatments that are both deeply relaxing and genuinely effective. I always leave feeling better, both physically and mentally. Jamie is an excellent acupuncturist, along with cupping and massage therapy...I was very scared in beginning but she was very patient and worked me through the process...it has been an excellent way to reduce my pain along with other things which were surprising to say the least...great experience...thankyou Jamie

So far, I have used their acupuncture, massage, and osteo services, and all of them have been pretty good except for one time when I got burnt on my shoulders with fire cupping from accupunture and have never done the accupunture there since then. I was there for Tui-Na massage, and the acupuncturist wanted to perform fire-cupping instead, and I agreed but had no idea that it would lead to burns. It took me a month to fully heal. Other than that, their booking system is pretty good, although they should add deep tissue massage in the list to choose from as well.
