Had an extremely wonderful experience at this branch of Natural's Salon. Hair stylist Ajay did an extremely wonderful job with my haircut. I was totally satisfied with the results. I also had taken waxing services and that too was extremely wonderful. The attenders were extremely patient, listening in to all our requests and taking full care of the same. I would highly recommend this parlour to anyone looking at availing parlour services.

Babita did the Keratin hair treatment for me and I absolutely love it ! I also did the facial and felt good. Good service and professionals at what they do. Will definitely make a trip back.

We had one of the best haircuts and back massages we have ever had in quite a while. Arvind is a pro and took care of us. He is professional, polite and very good at what he does. Would recommend asking for him if you happen to visit Naturals in Dr. Nair road

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you're planning to get a gel extension manicure done, please avoid this place. At first on the same day, the top coat on right hand peeled off then one nail dropped followed by another. Did not even last for a week. Waste of money and time. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Paid so much for this. FYI, I'm someone who does gel manicure constantly and only went here because I was in rush.

Babita did a wonderful haircut along with other services, everyone was very professional and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable!

Was close to where I stayed, so I tried this place. Waited for 45 minutes only to be assigned to a "trainee", I asked for a layered fringe haircut, but the supposed stylist didn't know it. He asked me what I cut usually, I told mid-fade and he started the fade already. Although I didn't mind that he was slow in cutting hair, he didn't even do fade properly, just removed the hair to zero trim using trimmer.I asked him to get another stylist to finish my cut, who made the cut more blended. Would not recommend this place unless you know someone here. They test their "supposed trainees" with people who are new to the store as they sent the available stylists to the people who even came after me. Worst hair cut experience all over the world I have had despite having had better haircuts even in places where I didn't speak their language.

Best they me gave best suggestions and service Extra credits to Aravind for hair spa And Saranya for hydra facial Barathi was kind enough to suggest that suits for my skin and hair.

The parlor is fantastic . I got my hair highlights done n they suggested a simple bleach n mask which works wonders on my face. Lidiiya the beautician was so professional n had attention to details . The manager Bharat hi was also very understanding n cooperative. Must visit !!! Thank you guys ❣️

I had an event for which I needed a quick haircut and blowdry, I chose Naturals nair road as it is close to where I live and Ajay the hair stylist in naturals gave me a phenomenal haircut. I was very specific about maintaining my length as I've had bad experiences in the past with my length being compromised. He was very patient, professional and friendly. Had an amazing experience with him. I would suggest him for anyone looking to get a chic haircut.

The lady,Muthu Mary did not know the basics of a mani -pedi!She completely scratched up my nails while using the cuticle pusher and cut each nail a different size and shape!! If you go there, avoid that lady!! Terrible experience!!

It is a really nice, friendly unisex salon. Mr Ajay from Assam was my stylist. He did a great job(hair cut & beard trim).

Naturals (dr nair road) is very good and they are giving wonderful service. Hair stylist Ajay gave me very nice and creative hair cut and he suggested me small tips also to maintain that.

Such great service by Surya. I had a good one hour of pedicure session with her and she was excellent at it. I would highly recommend her for any service at the saloon.

Good for haircut but TERRIBLE with time and nails. Sister and I both got mani pedis and they do not look good!!! Very streaky, did not do top coat for my sister, and missed spots. Within just a few hours multiple nails have chipped and smudged. Also very less color options — and many nail polish bottles do not have much polish inside so then they add some plain liquid to dilute it… Massage and stuff was good with mani/pedi but the whole reason we went was to get our nails done and I definitely need to redo them myself. MOST frustratingly, we asked as soon as we got there how long a facial and mani/pedi would take, they said 2 hours. We said we do not have that much time (my sister had a flight in the evening) so we were going to pick just either one, facial OR mani/pedi. But they swore up and down that they could do everything, facial mani AND pedi, within one hour by having multiple girls work on us at once. We said are you sure and they said yes so we said ok. It took 2 full hours!!!! A waste of precious time!!! If you can’t do it in a certain amount of time, just say that — don’t LIE to people. While some ladies were good, others were moving soo slowly and inefficiently despite us being on a time limit. In addition, I mainly just wanted mani/pedi but the manager really pressured me about a facial so finally I said ok — was annoying to be pressured like that.

My wife attended this place at 10:45am this morning for an unscheduled pedicure. The cost was quoted as Rs 700, which she found acceptable. The pedicurist started by removing the existing nail polish and then began clipping my wife’s large toenail on her left foot. My wife warned her several times that she was far too close to the toe flesh, but the peducurist said “No, it’s not touching”. When she then clipped the nail, my wife screamed loudly and there was bleeding from the cut flesh. The pedicurist still wanted to continue with the procedure, but my wife said she was definitely not going to continue after the pedicurist had shown such unprofessional skill and behaviour in not listening to my wife, when she said that she was clipping too close to the toenail flesh. I think that they should listen to and respect what the customer says, when providing treatments. A very poor experience here. I would not recommend this place.
