One of the best places for home stay near beach in Shrivardhan. Room was neat and clean. Mali family was very helpful and welcoming. There was power backup in case of power failure. The owner served us Pohe in breakfast which was very tasty and equally tasty was the tea. They don't serve the food but the owners will help you order the food from good restaurants and provide cutlery so tha you can easily have your lunch or dinner at home stay itself.

I stayed here for a night. Host is very supportive. Beach is very near from this location. They provide breakfast and tea/coffee/milk as per the order an the service is also very good. Pros 1.Near to beach (approx. 500m) 2. Good and prompt service 3. Host with very good nature 4. Wifi 5. Currently they dont provide food but they can arrange it for you very easily. 6. Arrangements for packaged water bottles. 7. Hot water for bath any time 8. Amazing food Cons 1. Stay is on 1st floor and they have approx 20 stairs. If someone who have any problem climbing it then that will be difficult. 2. Non AC 3. Net on sliding windows will be helpful. Many insects are there due to nearby farms and trees. Overall I loved this place

We stayed here for two night's and it was nice stay. If you are visiting to Shrivardhan and plan to stay in Shrivardhan then this is the best place to stay. As it is nearby to Shrivardhan beach (2 mins to beach by walk) as well as the surrounding area is also silent and having Coconut and Beetel Nuts garden around the area, in the evening the air becomes cool. It is a Budget homestay with Non-AC rooms for small family of 2-3 adults. Rooms were very clean and tidy with good bathroom and toilet. They provide you breakfast (Pohe, Upma, Idli Sambar-Chutni, Tea & Ghavne-Chutni). Breakfast was gr8 specially Ghavne-Chutni & Idli Sambar-Chutni. Mali Family is very cooperative thanks to Kaka & Sujit, any help you required they are there to help you out. From here you can travel to Harihareshwar & Diveagar and nearby other sight seeing places.

Cleanliness and hygiene well maintained. Beach is just 5 minutes of walking distance. Owner is very helpful & eager to help in all aspects. Nice and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend to stay here.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Proper hygiene was maintained amidst corona. Beach is just 5 mins away by walk. The owners are very kind and helpful. The food was awesome and I would recommend to try mandeli fish, prawns curry and rice dosa made by owners. The curry was delicious and also rice dosa made the breakfast just perfect. I would definitely recommend this resort to enjoy a peaceful stay.

Very close to the beach this lovely place and the owners take care of your each and every small needs if you give them time and let them know in advance .beach is walking distance away and food can be ordered via the owner for delivery here .ambience is good and location is nice as well .As for the beach Srivardhan beach is the cleanest amongst the konkan beaches I have been to .a must go place and stay option indeed .

Nice location close to beach. Host is very prompt and professional, Rooms are near and clean, provided toiletries as well. Stay location is near to Beach its walkable distance of 400mtrs, so overall recommended. Breakfast and tea provided is tasty with good quantity Cons: Lot of mosquitoes and someone might feel Rooms & entrance small Good if they can provide TV and AC options with some extra room charges

Thanks to entire Seascape family to make our stay comfortable. We loved the hospitality. Although wadi (resort) is in development phase, currently operational rooms are nice & cozy. Entire family is very humble and helpful by nature. It's best staycation for family. They serve very delicious food as per your requirement. USP is its very near beach.. (literally 3-4mins walk). # Rate is very reasonable.

This homestay property is just 3 mins walk from the beach .Rooms are well maintained and clean, ideal size for a nuclear family . We loved the hospitality and place and definitely look forward to visit again.

Location is near to beach a walkable distance. Room size is too small. Rates are bit higher compare to room size. No play area. Overall it is good if just looking for a room near beach.

Place is very neet and clean and food was awesome you give fish and hotel owner will be cook for you the test is very good i never eat before like this like our home owner is very friendly and very kind they try everything for your happiness they dont say no anything they don't have that thing they will mange for you but they don't say every buddy is very helpful i must suggest this hotel for everyone
