This review and rating is only for the fast food section in the ground floor since I’ve not tried the upstairs restaurant and its main course. The fast food itself has value for money combos which are very good in quantity and quality. The crispy chicken burgers and chicken pieces are good albeit on the spicier side if compared with other known brands like KFC. Service is fast with less wait times.

Their biryani is good, the place is nice to sit for a while but not that comfortable to spend longer durations. Almost no natural light and fresh air.

Famous restaurant in Srinagar but have bad experience. The food I ordered ( Fried rice plus chowmen ) looked stale and tasteless like it was cooked few days back. The staff aren’t helpful either and are more enthusiastic abt collecting tips. It lacks ambience and space is cramped. Also don’t go by pictures on menu. The kfc like fried chicken on menu are actually miniature tasteless chicken drumsticks. Avoid that. The quantity of meals is small. To me the most overrated restaurant in Srinagar.

One of the worst service , momos were half cooked we ordered Mocktail and green apple and they delivered different flavour. Not recommended

The quality of pizzas we eat are not good enough in taste and not crispy too. The service is late. Interior and furniture is very beautiful and attractive with mild light, make a mood for eating but tasteless foods make bore. At last decline of card payment is also not good for such advanced restaurant.

Feeling disappointed today when I ordered Chicken biryani it tasted very casual but hope for good quality n quantity next time

It doesn't even deserve one star. I went there with my friend. Very Unprofessional and untrained staff. I ordered a pizza, at first they arrogantly said it will take more than 30 minutes, thereafter I ordered a butter chicken to give them a second chance and it tasted terrible🤮 Finally, when I decided not to give any tip and gave them exactly what the total bill was, the waiter shamelessly counted the money in front of me, indirectly begging for a tip. Worst restaurant.

It was my first time in mummy please and it was terrible....i ordered fried rice and the rice was cold and the chicken was too hard will never visit there from now worst experience 🥲

Worst Resturant Ever Visited ,It's feels like You are entering some dump Yard Very Bad staff and very rude behaviour.

I have been a regular to this place for more than 7 years. There is a visible improvement and addition both to the menu and infrastructure. The best thing they have is the seperate floors for chirpy people like us and families. The ambience at the upper 2nd floor is quite soothing. Comming to the food, i like almost evrything here except for the pizza and mutton kanti, which need improvement. The staff is very much quick to serve and pretty hospitable. Coffee was not available on my recent visit though 😄.

The most worst disgusting staff i have ever seen...first i ordered trame biryani the dhaba biryani is much better then that and second the spicy and oily biryani came from 30 minutes and i check with a spoon i couldn't hold that for a second, the waiters were so arrogant, i told them i dont have cash i will transfer the amount they said ok then i went to the manager i transfer the amount and he stopped my wife and me for an hour, i told him this is my screen shot u can see i show them history everything but the cheap manager and waiters were arguing so much and hold us and didn't allow us to go... Then i have to pay double payment and the waiters were saying i am smoking cigarettes🚬 more then ur bill in a day... That was the cheapest and disgusting waiter i have ever met.... My wife hold me.... Frnds plz don't waste ur money go other restaurant... We only want good food and good service but in that case ... RIP MUMMY PLEASE EXPRESS

Place is Awsm, Food is tasty and in budget but the waiter are not well behaved they are behaving like Dhaba waiters.

Dusting when guest enters, put all the dust on my face. Pepsi served in glasses rather than bottles to get 10 more rupees 😂. Making standards of 5 star with no ventilation at ALL.

Very nice ambiance and tasty food served . Visited place yesterday and ordered two piece crispy chicken meal and was a tasty one and the real crisp 😋 also French fries served was tasty and also served a cup of coke with good quantity over all good experience and also the food served was tasty and the rates was very affordable.
