Nathu's Sweets is a fast food restaurant overlooking the Dal Lake in Srinagar, Kashmir. It's a vegetarian joint. They serve Indian, Chinese and Continental fast food. 😋 Chaat and bakery items are also available. Lots of fancy snacks and cakes are available in the shop. They have an out door seating area where the customer can dine in 🍽 . Mainly self-service, but if you are lazy a few waiters are around to take your order. This is a very crowded place, mainly tourists. Some parking is there. The local cab drivers know the place.

My friend took me to this place as am a vegetarian.. The food was above average.. Only pain is it's self service.. They have a super wide range of snacks which you can buy.. Bought some biscuits and people loved it.. Ample car park in a prime area is a big big plus point.. If you are a vegetarian you can confidently visit this place for a good meal

Have seen this place grow, mind-blowing place for street food lovers. Chaat papdi,dahi bhalle,pani puri and what not. All is amazing. You get a real feel of Delhi street food. Very hygienic and tasty food served.

I had a truly disappointing experience. It's safe to say that it's the worst place I've ever visited. The food was simply terrible. The shakes were a major letdown - the vanilla and butterscotch shakes were nothing more than a weak essence of their respective flavors mixed with warm milk. As for the chocolate shake, it was no better, with chocolate powder poorly mixed in watery milk. The chola puri was a greasy disaster, and it left me feeling quite unwell. The only redeeming item was the eggless fruit cream bowl, which was just okay but certainly not worth the price. Adding to our disappointing experience, we also noticed that some of the workers were just sitting on the tables, chatting on their phones, and staring at us. It was highly unprofessional and made the atmosphere even more uncomfortable. However, we chose not to create a scene and ignored it This experience has left a lasting impression, and I have no intention of ever visiting again.

This place is not just a sweets shop, so dont go by the name. They have an in-house restaurant which serves mouth watering food and every single dish we tried was simply awesome. If you happen to be in Srinagar, this place is a must to be visited. I highly recommend to try Pani Puri (Gol Gappa), its completely different and super tasty and yes, do try Gaajar ka Halwa.

We thought that the food would be tasty but the worst food I have till now in any restaurant.We order momos ,Dal makhni ,Dal fry but we only like one thing that is chapati. Usually I don't waste food but here I have to leave it because of its over cooked taste. New customers SHOULD ORDER CHATS AND SWEET ONLY, don't go for dinner or lunch here . There is a Token system so you have to wait for your order number to announce. Only self service is there .The price is very high,Very expensive food .

Another iconic eatery in list of best places to eat chaat under Rs 200, Nathu's sweets is srinagar's pride. I tried their Rasmalai which was scrumptious and their paani puri is also fabulous. However, the fruit cup's quality seems to be drowned comparing my last visit to the restaurant. Overall a nice place to eat North indian street food, definitely recommend.

I had Tiramisu cup cake, and a red velvet pastry with paneer patties and masala tea. Everything was great ! Had a good velvet pastry after a long time. Last time I had it in a French bakery in Goa. Overall worth the hype!

Life savers for vegetarians tourists in Srinagar. As u must be aware people in kashmir are more into non veg dishes. Nathu sweets is a chain in India. They serve all kinds of dishes for lunch and dinner but only veg. The food is delocious. They do not have a restaurant kind place but a large shed or tent with plastic chairs and table to sit and eat. They have wide variety of sweets and chats for evening snacks. I found many tourists having good time here. Except for closed space to sit in summer heat everthing is good here. Visit here if u r looking for good vegetarian food with family. Its near to dal lake gate no. 10

It's sweet shop cum resturant on the way to Shankaracharya from Dalgate. Opposite is Dal lake outside sitting self service and food is ok ok I ordered Pani puri and Mini Thali. Pani pori was good but the thali was ok coz quantity of rice was good where as Dal Makhani and Shahi Paneer was low in quantity as well as quality. Raita was sweet but too sweet. A one visit is ok to this place while you visit Kashmir

It's one of the 'Must Go' place around the Srinagar visit. Everybody should visit & Enjoy the best Sweets & Snacks at least once during his/her staying at Srinagar, and I'm very much sure that it never be possible to restricted to once only. Tastes & Quality of every items are Excellent with a reasonable prices. Me along with my family visited during May 2014.

This nathus sweets is located in srinagar just opposite dal lake Food - food is good as well as delicious Prices - prices are also good, not too cheap and not too high Services - self service is available here, you have to take a coupon and then have to take it yourself. No table service is available Taste - food is good & tasty Atmosphere- this place was too over crowded when I last visited They also have sweets, confectionery items like pastries, patties, cutlets etc You can spend your quality time here with your friends and family

The restaurant is located near Ghat 11 of Dal Lake. It's a pure veg restaurant and we headed here for lunch. Chole Bhature was good. The Falooda was okay. They have meal options, parathas and chata too🫓

Had samosa, veg chowmein and Paneer jalebi.. Great food... They have varieties of sweets and Dryfruits..

a1 in kashmir trip you will get real taste of north India in Nathus sweet place has awesome atmosphere all type of food and sweets are available here non veg option is not available we had pastry and other food stuff here..which all are good must must visit this pplace

Nathu’s is a good place to go for vegetarians and dessert lovers. They have a wide variety of pastries to choose from. We had brunch there. They have a very organised system of getting food, its very clean and well maintained including their washrooms which is a huge plus.

Very bad behaviour of staff and sitting on counter , should do hospitality course. Food was so so and gulab jamun was good.
