This is hotel is the worst one....i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality... The stain from the curtains are visible from 10 fit.. toilet in worst condition......gloomy ambience...it is a mess in the middle of a messy location...guys don't book this hotel at all... I book this hotel because the photos and interior are looking good but the restaurant and the rooms are totally different don't make this mistake....

Dirty at all,,, service dirty ,,Rooms dirty and staf members arrogant s...Rooms are very little,, Please don't go there ,,it is better to stay night on road... My customer was there ,,it was booked for 4 nights ,,hardly they stay one night there ,, after shifted to other hotel,, and rude behaviour by hotel members... Totally rubbish rubbish... Customer complaint after just reach half an hour in hotel...but Ashraf did not allow to go with out payment..they were forced to stay night and pay complete night stay payment...one of the bad hotel....Don t waste your time and money to go there.. There is no little bit humanity in staff members,,

Its the most amazing restaurant I have ever see,serine atmosphere, delicious food ,excellent services.......i just love it .....

Hotel is at a perfect location of Lal Chowk. But the entrance through the long congested stairs is quite uncomfortable. The staff as well as the owners of the hotel are very courteous. Food from their restaurant is good, specially the Wazwan is delicious.

Good hotel in Lal chowk near clock tower. The location is in the centre of the market. The service and the food is very good. Manager Md. Ashraf is a very helpful person who helped me a lot in my Kashmir trip. I recommend this hotel.

Great location,main market on walking distance, really pleasant and clean rooms ,congested stairs are quitely uncomfortable but overall we had great time with standard hotel & Restorent amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome specially thanks to Mr Mohamand Ashraf who is managing things very smoothly n having friendly nature n very helpful

We stayed for 1 nights with my family and took 2 rooms. The best part is it is on the main market, Ghantaghar is just a minute away. Rooms were good. However, 1 bathroom was in Western style. Toiletry was not provided. We got just a soap on demand. One negetive side we felt is the stairs that can often be challenging for aged people. Food in the restaurant was tasty, however a bit expensive.

A simple n fairly clean hotel in busy area of lal chowk. U have access to all shopping, restos and wholesalers. I liked it
