Hamid's place is my favorite momo place. The best in the valley.

There is a famous saying which goes as.. "Hum chote hein to kya hua.. Hamara dil bahut bada hai". The same holds true for Hamid's shop. In his humble little establishment, Hamid and Adil serve delicious and tasty Tibetan cuisine with great love and warmth. Both the brothers and their staff are very humble and down to earth. They first serve delicious soup that's freshly prepared and then the delicacies as ordered by the customer. The place is kept clean and is air-conditioned. The prices are very reasonable as well.. The best momo's you can find in the Kashmir Valley by Hamid Bhai. He himself is the nicest and most loving person. One of my favorite places to eat Momo's.

Mostly filled with Males, so not feasible for Women as there is a lot of rush and you need to stand in queue to get a table. Overall quality in good

The food here is good, I had chicken chowmein, and some chicken fried rice, the quality of the chicken could be better, it was chewy and hard, it could be more tender. The service is good, the price is okay. Can't find better Tibetan food in kashmir anywhere else.

Hamid's Momo Stall is actually, I guess, the place from which Momo-as-a-delicacy spread to while J&K & then to the whole of India. Chinese, continental, Thai, Italian, Indian and other prominent cuisine in the world is no match for the authentic delicacies of Tibet available at Hamid's Momo Stall (Tibet Colony, Hawal, Srinagar).

Installation of air-conditioning is another thing that has made this place all the more better. 3.The owner, Hamid, is an awesome guy. It is one of the most famous chinese restaurants in the area. The food is awesome and it serves with Momos, Chowmin, Thukpa etc. You can dine-in and takeaways are offered as well. The place is smoking free and cashless payments are also available. The place has enough space for parking as well. It is easy accessible but for not the person with wheelchair.
