Waste of money. No customer service, they don't know how to behave as if we eat there for free. Especially Shawarma is just waste of money not so warm and damn cold, fact is they wont agree to warm it and will infact ask you to eat or go! I would recommend don't waste your hard earned money and precious time coming to this useless place.

Had been hearing a lot of about this place. So came down here with friends today. The place seemed cozy until the food arrived. We had shawarma and malai tikka here and both were below average. Shawarma was sogy and chicken felt a bit undercooked. Malai tikka was the worst, no malai at all just butter. Again undercooked chicken. And it made me a bit nauseous. Prices are reasonable but again what’s the fun if the food isn’t good. + no good service here. 1 star for the interiors.

I went to try Shawarma but tired tandoori chicken instead which costs ₹350/- due to service delivery. Taste was good but they didn't served chutney or any sauce at that time. Ambience: Not too good or attractive one. They have seating capacity of 8-10 people. Price: Food is at reasonable price, Shawarma @₹50 (small in size) and Tandoori chicken @₹350/-.

I ordered Shawarma from this place out of curiosity, and I must say, the Shawarma itself was fantastic, especially considering the price of just 50 Rs. The taste was excellent, and it was a great value for money. However, the disappointment came in when the Shawarma was without any mayonnaise or chutney, which are essential condiments for Shawarma. The packing was also quite simple. It would have been a complete five-star experience if they had included these basics and improved their packaging. Nonetheless, if you're looking for a budget-friendly Shawarma option and don't mind missing out on the condiments, this place is worth a try for the Shawarma itself to order. Hope this helps!

Went to their Munawara Outlet.. Ordered Shawarma it tasted decent considering the price.But shawarma was COLD! the outer roti as if it was straight of the refrigerator. Chicken filling was a bit warm. & the STAFF is so RUDE they had an attitude as if they were donating the food to us for free. They had no positive behaviour and when i asked for mayo dip even i said i will pay for it they straight away denied it ..

Have you seen the open drain passing just near the eatery and the smell emanating from it? That was the first put off. The sitting area wasn't even clean. They don't bother cleaning the floor. Bits of food lying on the floor was another put off. All the time I sat inside, I kept an eye on how the staff was washing their apron, towels and other things in the sink nearby and how they didn't even bother to clean their hands with simple soap afterwards. One of them took the broom and cleaned the floor and then went straight to the working area to make shawarma. Remember, people would love to pay a bit more if you serve them hygienic food. Never ever going there again. First time became the only and last time for this one.

It's not first time. We got shawarma as cold as ice second time fist time when it happened we thought might be due crowd but today there were just number of people and still we got same. the service is becoming worse day by day...
