Its a nice little cafe around the ghats on Dal Lake. The Ambience was good and the food quality was alright, nothing extra-ordinary. We ordered Cheesy Nachos, Pasta, Coffee and Oreo-Shake. - Coffee and Nachos were as good as the photo below but the pasta we ordered was little dry in sauce and the shake was very average. It was more like a flavoured milk. Its a good place to sit and enjoy your break while exploring Dal Lake.

This was probably the best cafe we visited in Srinagar. The Cafe has Game of Thrones theme into it as the name suggests. The Veg Platter and the KitKat oreo shakes was the best. Do check out few chef special dishes. Would love to visit again

This cafe is nice, quiet and calm. Located close to Dal lake. The place looks cozy and the food is nice. Tried the Winterfell special burger, since I wanted a grilled chicken burger with cheese. The Coffee tasted good and so did the burger. However, the bun of the burger could use some toasting I guess 20 seconds of oven heat, so that it doesn't feel stale and bring the taste of the burger down. I preferred to visit in the evening looking at the pictures of the ambiance, only to find out that it was GOT themed, which was nice. I would definitely recommend and probably visit again for a quick bite or coffee, if I happen to be in Srinagar again. (:

The food quality at Winterfell Cafe in Srinagar is simply amazing! Each dish was a delight to the taste buds, and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors. However, I must mention that the service was a bit slow and could use some improvement. The ambiance of the cafe is lovely, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for diners. On the downside, finding the cafe's location can be a bit challenging at times. It would be beneficial if they clearly displayed the cafe name on the main road for better understanding. Despite these minor setbacks, my overall experience at Winterfell Cafe was good. With a few improvements in service and clearer directions, this cafe could become an even better dining destination. The food quality and service is polite and on par here. There’s a great menu to feast your eyes on along with mock tails, shakes and juices. The restaurant is situated up stairs at one end and the entrance is directly in front of you when your entering from street side. Service is relatively quick. The only downfall is the service charges on top of the bill…

The food was not that good, I tried pizza it's not up to the mark. Over all average experience and I went by seeing the reviews but I feel it's an overrated cafe.

I highly recommend trying their Mix Sauce Pasta, which comes in a generous quantity suitable for 2-3 people. Awesome food, exceptional hospitality We visited Winterfell as a group of 6 Adults & 6 kids, the place is just awesome. Food is excellent where Mr. Kamran takes special interest to explain and advise based on the patrons interest. Even he offers the shakes to try before you order and make up your mind. Service is fast and staff is very humble. We like it a lot and will recommend anytime

Today was my first visit to Winterfell since it opened but, i was very disappointed. Food was tasteless, presentation was rubbish. Cafe needs some cleaning. It seems like they have not managed cafe since they started operating. I wanted to give 1 star but service/waiter is the only reason I am giving two. Despite food and other things were disappointment. But, service was great.

Finest place near dal lake to have dinner n lunch with amazing view of lake.. Visited the cafe few days back n had a nice time here.. Tried pasta , sandwhich n quesadila for first time in srinagar .. I was curious to see this place. The pictures I saw on the internet prompted me to visit this cafe and I was not disappointed. It's located on the most popular street of Srinagar, Boulevard street. The interiors are well set for the fans of Game of Thrones. It's on the first floor. This place had decent parking for two wheelers but it can get tricky for four wheelers, especially in rush hours. It does not have a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. Once there, you will notice a well stocked mocktail bar. Their presentation of the drink is quite impressive. My motive was to attend client and team calls so needed stable internet. It did not disappoint 🙂 The cappuccino they served was as good as you would get in a coffee shop chain. After a while I called for cheese nachos with salsa sauce. The taste was good but the quantity of salsa sauce is debatable. I ended my meal with a cold coffee, again it was really good. This place also has a section dedicated for groups and private parties. The washrooms are clean and the staff is courteous. This was my first time in this cafe but it will certainly not be my last.

First thing first... They have ample parking! They are on the first floor. Simple menu. Good shakes. Pizza is top notch (a must have) Service was really good. Recommended 👍🏻

One of the best place for snacks. I had pizza and chicken steak. Must say both were extremely good and the waiters were very polite. The ambience is very warm n with a theme of Game of thrones. As soon as you enter you can see a very big iron throne and some bar stool with fur. The music the played was also very cool. It’s a must visit if we are at dal lake road. The portion on chicken steak was less. Could load with more veggies.

We wanted to have American fast food - pasta, pizza and being a GoT fan, it sounded interesting to try near Dal lake. We were not disappointed by their food, service was quite good. The decor was interesting, however it could do with some revamp and a bit of freshness.

Walking down the dal gate, and stumbled upon this cute cafe. Being a fan of game of thrones, I knew I had to step in and take a bite. The pasta, strawberry slush & oreo frappe have to be on your order. The cappucino with fries is a must on a cold day. Do visit this cafe when in Srinagar.

Excellent service and variety at winterfell cafe. The service is impressively fast and the quantity is good for the price. The ambience is cosy. We ordered chicken shawarma, pasta and chicken steak with garlic sauce which came with a side of grilled veggies. The shawarma was ok , the steak and pasta were good . All of the mojitos I've tried are good but make sure to ask about the citrus levels , some are highly citrus which i like but may not appeal to everyone.

The ambience of the place is good with all the GOT feels come alive..The food however is average at most..We tried their Pizzas, Shakes, Burger, Brownie and Coffee..The Pizza and burger were okay but the toppings, stuffing, and the quality of the cheese used could have been better. I would not recommend the brownie though. Shakes and coffee were okay too.. All in all the place could have done a lot better in terms of the food offered.

Great food, great ambience and great staff with a clean bathroom. We wanted a half veg and half non-veg pizza which was not on the menu and the staff was absolutely willing to make it. “Anything for our customers” they say!

I was stuck in Srinagar due to heavy rainfall. All flights were cancelled. I was walking near The frozen Dal lake and I saw this cafe. I was amazed when I entered the cafe. The ambience was sooo warm and the food was delicious. I went to Winterfell 5 to 6 times because of the awesome vibe. Everyone there was very friendly and humble. Winterfell is on my list of visiting again when I visit Srinagar. I totally loved this place and i have snow to thank for it. ❄️❄️❄️😁❤️
