I
had
high
expectations
for
the
quality
and
taste
of
their
pastries,
especially
on
the
joyous
occasion
of
Eid.
However,
my
experience
with
their
Black
Forest
pastry
left
me
extremely
disappointed
and
has
marred
the
festive
spirit
that
should
have
accompanied
my
morning
celebrations.
Firstly,
the
pastry
I
purchased
contained
raw
egg
shells,
which
is
not
only
an
unpleasant
surprise
but
also
a
health
hazard.
Upon
taking
a
bite,
I
encountered
an
unexpected
crunch
and
an
unmistakable
taste
of
eggshells,
which
immediately
triggered
a
sense
of
disgust.
As
a
result,
I
was
unable
to
consume
the
pastry
and
even
experienced
a
bout
of
vomiting,
further
dampening
my
Eid
experience.
The
disappointment
I
felt
was
not
solely
due
to
the
unfortunate
presence
of
eggshells
in
the
pastry
but
also
the
waste
of
money
that
ensued.
The
amount
spent
on
the
pastry
was
not
insignificant,
and
it
deeply
saddens
me
that
I
had
to
bear
both
financial
loss
and
a
lack
of
satisfaction
on
such
a
special
day.
As
a
customer,
I
had
expected
Jan
Bakers
to
uphold
their
reputation
for
delivering
high-quality
pastries,
especially
during
festive
seasons
when
their
offerings
are
anticipated
the
most.
The
lack
of
attention
to
detail
and
failure
to
ensure
the
freshness
and
safety
of
their
products
is
highly
disheartening.
It
is
my
sincere
hope
that
Jan
Bakers
takes
this
feedback
seriously
and
takes
immediate
steps
to
rectify
the
issues
I
encountered.
Improving
the
quality
control
processes
to
eliminate
such
oversights
and
implementing
measures
to
ensure
customer
satisfaction
should
be
of
utmost
importance.
This
incident
has
undoubtedly
left
a
lasting
negative
impression.
It
is
my
sincere
advice
to
other
customers
to
exercise
caution
when
considering
purchasing
pastries
from
Jan
Bakers,
especially
the
Black
Forest
pastry,
until
they
demonstrate
a
commitment
to
addressing
these
issues
and
regaining
the
trust
of
their
customers.
