Hello, Cyril here, from Chennai. We booked a four-night and five-day package. We spent one day in Srinagar, one in Gulmarg, one in Pahalgam, and one in the House Boat. This is, without a doubt, the nicest trip I've ever taken. Everything was properly arranged from beginning to end. We had already shortlisted a few places and intended to stay there exclusively. Our journey planes were handled by Mr. Arshid. He has provided us with a really good price that is also extremely clear. We inquired with a few different companies about the vacation itinerary he gave, but the prices were insanely high (More than 20k). I would highly recommend you to check with their packages. Then you won't go anywhere LOL.

Srinagar Tourism a private organisation, has organized our tour for 7 night 8 days covering srinagar , Sonmarg, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, they were very prompt in making necessary changes in short time suiting our requirements. All staff specially Ms Rumaisa has made our stay a luxurious and very comfortable, and has extended all possible help during an hand fracture accident at Gulmarg. It was a great trip for me and my 2 friends. Everything was planned fine. We covered Doodhpathri, Gulmarg, Pehelgam and Sonmarg in our 6 days trip. What's great? Travelling to Doodhpathri and Gulmarg while the weather was somewhat cold and rainy. As people of Kashmir says "Mumbai ka fashion and Kashmir ka weather ka koi bharosa nhi" 🤣 Trekking in Doodhpathri was great, I'd suggest to trek there rather than taking horses to ride. (People with health issues should ride horses) Gulmarg has the BEST view in Kashmir in Phase 2 Gondola (Apharwat) What's good? Hotel stay with staff support (for ordering food items) What's bad? Improper information or misinformation delivered to us. We're assured that we have full days to roam around and enjoy the views but the plan was not executed as expected as the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra was initiated before actual period and the roads were closed about 2:00 pm and we'd to leave the locations too early. Hotel internet connectivity was way poor, we have to be dependent on our own Postpaid connection with limited speed. Sunny weather that makes it hard to visit places and get tanned. Our driver was a good person but for tourism it was told all over the Kashmir "Pesa fenko, Tamasha dekho" means they all expect us to expense more and more and empty our pockets. Well, it's my personal opinion and doesn't applies to all travellers. Suggestion? Plan your trip in the month of November to January to see the real Kashmir (Heaven) with limited locations to cover due to heavy snow. Or During February to April, with all locations to cover with beautiful weather and snow. June-July will be the least preferable. At the end it was a great experience to visit the Crown of India.

Hello everyone As we r going to kashmir every alternate years with srinagar tourism since 2014. The owner nazir bhai is very good and humble person and miss rumaisa is our favorite. They always serve us the best..yousuf bhai driver is the best person i have met. House boat experience was awesome ..staff ashfaq and munir was very hard working and polite. food in houseboat was mouth-watering. They also offer us wajwaan treat at house boat.yummy food. A big thanx to everyone..hotel heritage luxury was good room and ambience was excellent but they need to improve their food and service quality otherwise everything was just amazing...a big thanx once again to rumaisa, nazir bhai and all everyone.

Thanks to Srinagar Tourism and it's staff who gave us a good deal for our trip to Kashmir and always available to address our concerns. We had opted for a 7 day 6 night package. The destination covered in 6 night & 7 days Sonmarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam. Ms. RUMAISA did a great job. We visited 7th May 2018 and received a warm welcome at airport. Right from the cab, to stay at the hotel. They provided stay in one of the best Houseboat and and the food (breakfast and dinner) was just like home made food. it was all well planned. Ms Rumaisa asked us to trust his recommendations. He was definitely right. The cab driver Manzoor Ahmad also knew his way around Kashmir and the entire trip has been a memorable for lifetime one for us. It was incredible and mesmerizing to see such beautiful mountains covered with snow all around. All are wonderful experience for us. We had the most amazing 7Nights/8Days trip to this beautiful heaven on earth "Kashmir" ❤️ Me and my wife were planning to visit Kashmir from very long time as this was on our bucket list. Hi, First of all Thank you Bismah to facilitate our trip to make it so memorable and lovable.🫂🫂 I must say your all arrangments starting from Pick up from Station🚞 to drop at airport✈️ were well managed and very systematic. Although we faced lots of issues because of Amarnath yatra and other climate ☀⛈️ concerns but you and your team still managed to cover important places in available limited time.😍🥰🥳 We stayed in "Rest A While"🏤 and it was decent and good to serve. Room service, Breakfast, Dinner everything was so good🎆🎇. The only issue about hotel was Internet was not working properly and we requested continousily to hotel owner to make it available but nothing was happen😞😔 Another issue 😞😒we faced was with driver, he refused to cover the places in Sringar in remaining day when we came back earlier from Sonmarg or Pahalgaon. It was well discussed with bismah that remaning places in srinagr would be covered in remaining half days but driver refused to serve so it is humble request that clear your terms with all Travel agencies and their drivers🙏🙏 At the end, I would like to special thanks to Bismah who listened all my requirements so patiently and responded every time with same passion,love and smile.🥰😍🫂 Just keep going on guys🏆 You are doing great job for all tourist❤❤❤❤

I did 5D & 4N solo Kashmir trip to cover Amarnath Yatra via Baital, Sonmarg, Srinagar, Pahelgam and Gulmarg. Entire program was managed by Bishma of Srinagar Tourism. Sajad accompanied me in the entire tour as my driver-cum-guide. Whenever required, Arshid Bhai as manager was just a phone call away. Meticulous planning by Bishma allowed me to cover all in such a short trip. I stayed two nights at Thajwas Glacier Resort, one night at Dalview Resort Houseboat at Srinagar and one night was at “Rest a While” at Srinagar. I enjoyed staying in all these place especially in Thajwas Glacier. Location and scenic beauty was just awesome. Managers at the hotels were very friendly and supportive. This was my first trip to Kashmir and was lucky to visit Amarnath Cave by trekking. I used remaining days to enjoy Kashmir, the paradise on earth. Looking forward to come back with family with Srinagar Tourism as my partner. I want to sincerely thank Arshid Bhai, Bishma and Sajad for wonderful support and guidance throughout the trip.

One of the best place to visit. It is one of the best place to visit in the state especially the mountains and snow even in June . River Rafting at its is best for the tourists . Park is also situated at the centre hub. Although huge huge jamming is there due to over crowd and tourist who visit early and visit various places in morning may reach easily every where. Our first time to Kashmir Valley and experience was fantastic. Thanks to Zahoor Bhai, Shakeel Bhai and Arshid bhai. Overall tour was arranged very well and we enjoyed each stay along with the hospitality of people. J&K is a must visit for everyone who wants to see nature at its best. Will visit soon again and will recommend my friends and family to visit. It's safe and beautiful.

I had booked for a kashmir trip with srinagar tourism. This trip was the best in my life time. It was such an wonderful and amazing trip. Thanks to Harshad who arranged it for me. The place was more than a dream land with lovely people.. they are so friendly and my guides were more like a gaurdian to me. I was so afraid to go there alone.. but Mr. Harshad ensured my safety. All the places I stayed just felt more comfortable as my home.. i cannot complete the post without thanking Yousf baiya, Imitiaz, Hafeez and Basheer who were taking a good care of me through out the trip. They are wonderful people they made my tour very comfortable and enjoyable.. and kashmir is a must in everyone's bucket list.. looking forward for another visit. We had a great vacation this December 2019 in the beautiful Kashmir valley organised by Mr. Arshid of Srinagar Tourism. Mr. Arshid ensured that all our needs and comfort was taken care of. Traveling to Kashmir was a great experience with the help of Srinagar tourism and Mr. Arshid who was always there to assist. The houseboat stay was very nice..people are bery helpful and courteous. they always taken care of their guests. environment of kashmir was very peaceful. overall GOOD STAY...

It was a great trip for me and my friends. Everything was planned fine. We covered Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Srinagar Local Tour, Sonmarg and Katra in our 7 days trip. Travelling to Gulmarg while the weather was somewhat cold and rainy is an awesome experience. Gulmarg has the best view in Kashmir in Phase 2 Gondola Cable Car. Spending more time in Dal Lake is such a beautiful ❤️ The main thing is that the hotel stays with good staff support in Pahalgam, Katra and in the Houseboat. Our driver "Waqar" was a good person in all aspects. At the end of the year it was a great experience to visit the Crown of India. Finally a big thumbs up for Srinagar Tourism 🙌

This was our first trip to Kashmir and I would say that this was one the most memorable trip of my life. The scenery is breath taking and the people are very welcoming and friendly. Our tour guide sajad was a gem. He would go out of his way to provide for us and see if we are comfortable. The srinagar tours are the one to choose if you are choosing a touring group. They are very flexible and arranged the travels according to our needs. It was very easy to communicate and express what we desired and they gave the best options for our plan.

I had my bookings from sringar tourism. I didn't have to worry about anything in the trip everything they planned went smoothly without any trouble 😊. We had a group of 8 members and we enjoyed a lot and had lots of fun on the trip 😊👍.
