The rooms are in shabby conditions particularly the bathrooms. No proper maintenance of bathrooms. Toilet seats are not cleaned properly and the filth is visible. Fans are emitting sounds. Staff is also rude. Whenever called for any problem they try to put it till the next day. This seems that there is no proper supervision of rooms before giving them on rent. I would recommend not to go for it as I have very bad experience. I don't know which authority has given them 4 star rating on the basis they are cheating the customers who go for online booking without seeing the rooms.

Be aware hotel rooms are different from the images show on google map. The rooms which is shown in the image are of only one suite rest hotel rooms are too dirty. If there is a option i should have rates zero star. A worst hotel experience. I have stayed for a day in this hotel. It’s staff and manager are not at all polite and moreover its owner is to rude. He doesn’t know how to handle a client.

The hotel is presented as a four star property but in fact it is lower than even 3 star. All the fittings are old and need replacement. We noted that the bed linens were dirty, beds and washrooms had cockroaches and washrooms were also very old and not clean. The hotel is presented as airconditioned but they centrally control the air conditioning and you have no control over the airconditioning and they switch on the ac only for specific time to save power cost

We stayed in the hotel in November and it was cold. The hotel was undergoing some renovation. So we were freezing everyday. On top of that, they had the room and toilet windows open which let more cold in. Positives, the staff were helpful and food was good. They arranged for small room heater when we stayed there, but it was of not effective as were not aware that they had the windows open.

The Rooms are below average. They staff is largely untrained and services are pathetic when it comes to room services. The buffet lay out is ordinary and is close to something like a mess. Almost standard menu with below average taste. The pictures on media are distracting to reality. The quality of towels are pathetic Overall a below average hotel. They do display trip advisor rating of 4.7 on front desk . You may wonder how they manage to cheat . Not recommended for middle income group tourist..

Horrible experience at this hotel... The reception is made exceptionally lavish to attract tourists but inside is totally unexpected... The rooms are dirty and the washrooms with no washbasins... This hotel is totally unrecommended.

The Asian park hotel review breaks down in a few parts. We visited in 1st week of March 2023. Room service and Food is good. We opted for dinner and breakfast which was good in terms of variety of menu and taste. I have only one complain - hotel provids heater only in time - 8 to 10 Pm. Not sure, is this only hrs where cold ❄️ is at its peak ? Though matrices have heaters but it's not enough for those who come from Maharashtra and below regions.

Asian park hotel. Great hotel with charming interior and design. It's a 6 storeyed structure with amazing architecture, both inside as well as outside. The staff was welcoming. Quality of food wasn't that great. Tea was bitter both the times we went there and food also wasn't upto the mark. Although everything else is top quality there.l

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Our stay experience was good. Rooms are clean and with a centralised heater. Electric bed and geyser are available. The in house restaurant is decent.

One of the worst Experiences. Untidy rooms. They don't clean the room until and unless you handover the keycard to them and tell them specifically and had to request multiple times to change the used coffee cups in the rooms. Arrogant and rude staff. Not at all worth it.

The receptionist was good (Arbeena and Shaheed) and cordially behaved and as well as the staff was also well behaved and gave us wonderful service & experience. Hotel Asian Park is a great place to stay while you're go for a trip to Srinagar and the food was so good.

This is not a four star hotel, it feels like a lodge. The washroom in the room were not cleaned it contained cigarette buds. The service was very slow and the manger of the hotel was arrogant. This hotel is for sure not 4 star. I would recommend to not book this hotel. The stay in the hotel was the stay of my whole trip

Great Hotel. Good food quality and taste. Blankets provided looks like used, had to change, That was pretty bad. But this is truly a good place a stay.

The hotels is pretty good the rooms were clean the room service was fast the meals were amazing but during winters they turn on heater around 7:30 in the evening till 11 which was a weird thing otherwise it's a good deal

It was very nice stay at the hotel. The services of front office was excellent and the housekeeping was also good. The food was good but not according to our need and need to improve it.The other services of restaurant was quick and great responses by the staff. In all the hotel is very good

The rooms are basic and okay. Breakfast was good... But do not go for dinner buffet. It was pathetic.... Oily with no taste Staff is helpful (I think this goes with all kashmiris) Did not like bathrooms. Also if you want your room cleaned you have to deposit keys before leaving.

We stayed at hotel Asian park during first week of November and i must say it was amazing and satisfactory experience there. Hospitality and food were just amazing. Staffs were always very eager to serve you with big smile. Especially Waseem( babluu) and Imran khan were always there for us within no time to help us in every possible way. Overall it was great experience.

The place was very cosy. The best thing about it was the hospitable and very prompt and smiling staff! Behut shukriya for making our stay a pleasant one.

This hotel is at good location. Staffs are good and supportive. We visited there in chilling winter with 2 kids. Only issue I faced is wrong timing of centralized heater. I was told that it will run from 6 PM to 12 PM and also same timing in the morning. But it always started around 7 PM and was stopped around 11. In the morning it ran for 2 3 hours only. Apart from that everything was fine. They also helped us to manage cake and a little decoration on my son's birthday.

Beautiful hotel. Awesome elevation of the building. Staff is very polite and helpful. One bad thing is just you need to go through bad road to reach hotel which is hardly 50 meters. They should repair it. For smooth functionality. Hotel room is spacious. I even got an upgrade. Free of cost. Thats the sign if good service. You get beautiful rooms with heated bed. Price is reasonable for one room around 5k. Once you come on main road you have many option to explore as in terms of food.

The rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms are well equipped. The restaurant staff were very good and they provided us with food even outside our buffet. The food was good. The property is beautiful with nice lobby and garden area. They have good amount of parking. Only downside is their Wifi was very slow and there are no recreational activity within the hotel. Also the reception staff was not very courteous.

Rooms are decent, neat and clean. Best for families. Well maintained. The heater can be turned on for the whole night instead of 6.30pm to 11.30pm. The matress heater is good. The buffet for Breakfast and Dinner can be improved. Not much varieties. Overall a good stay.

Good room. Day1 free upgraded into a fabulous, spacious suite.. But day 2 back to deluxe room. Rooms changed in our absence but with extraordinary care.. Would love to visit again.

Worst review possible ever. They proclaimed to have 24x7 dining but refused food - we told them to give a wake up call but they are like we can't do it - and the audacity of Mr. SHAHID , This gentle man even went on to tell us that we are lying. The person has the audacity to tell his customer that they are lying when he actually couldn't complete his work properly. Please avoid stay here

Though the hotel is nice, staff is better and amenities in the hotel are good. But little expensive. Price should be bit lesser. Rest I liked the hotel a lot and good clean rooms and washrooms.

Reached Srinagar with my parents in hot summers only to find out that they will not switch on the air conditioning!! Very rude behaviour of staff, we had to change the hotel through our travel agent due to this. It's so costly but such poor service.we lost money.

It all looks good at reception but Restaurent, absolutely dirty. No cleaning for days. You can see dropped food and used paper napkins laying on floor for days. Sipage of water on floor and no cleaning, can't believe this, never seen such pathetic condition in restaurant of any hotel. While taking break fast or dinner, you fare not see the floor. Air conditions are turned off from 10Am to 7 PM. You have to keep following up for room Service Terrific smell of cigarette smoking in the room. Staff is least bothered on complaint. Towels are uncleand. I afraid if they just change this from other rooms used towel. As I can see stains on the towel which suppose not be like properly washed towels. No variety in break fast. Very less option without good taste. NO AT ALL WORTH FOR MONEY .

Good hotel , staff was cooperative. Hense centralize heater works for 3 to 4 hrs only in evening. But bed heater are worth in 0 to 3 degrees cold.This hotel has no views from room .All over good experience.

Very Average Ordinary Room with absolutely no view. Aircondition available after 6 pm ( very hot temp when we visited) july 18-20.Location is 2.5 kms away from Dal lake. Very interior. Hotel looks magnificente from outside . Meals were average. Staff ok . If you are visiting Dal Lake better book online beforehand and stay near Dal Lake which has fantastic walking boulevard with nice atmosphere , restaurants and shopping all around. Stay away from this Hotel which was included in our package thru YATHARTH TRAVELS DELHI.

Lousy hotel. Despite booking a luxury room, No. 402 was a very small congested room. Food was very bad. For breakfast there was no real butter but a big slab of margarin. Location is also very bad. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

Though it was only for a night but we had an excellent stay at Asian Park Srinagar. Great rooms, delicious food and excellent hospitality. Would love to visit again.

Such a wonderful stay we had here. Beautiful, lavish suite rooms with clean bathrooms. The staff is also very helpful and courteous and the food is too good. We had a very comfortable stay in Srinagar. This is surely one of the best hotel in Srinagar. Thank you Hotel Asian Park.
