Very good property with all facilities. Visited Kashmir with my ailing parents. Majority of the hotels in Srinagar are without lift facility. This was the only reason I selected this place. After seeing the behavior of staff and service in this hotel I was completely satisfied and things were beyond my expectations. Location of hotel is very good and hotel has beautiful outdoor sitting place. I am thank full to Tufaeel for providing me such a great support.

Infrastructure is good but food quality is too low. Add water into panir sabji and give to customer. Very bad experience for food. There were 60 gujarati people, all were very atrocious about food. They complaint about food but cook was not ready to accept about rubbish food. Management gave diplomatic answers. Edited: Its shameful that you don't know about your guest records. Please check your records between 3 November 2022 to 7november 2022. Mostly 90% guests were from Gujarat at that time. And you said no gujarati people were there. So strange! Call your manager and cooking chef. Also check your cctv into hotel reception and restaurant area.

This is a budget hotel that gets customers mainly through tour operators hence it isn't available for online booking. Now the rooms, location and service are fine but the management is a bit too greedy. They charge even for essentials like room heaters. The real deal breaker however is the food. Breakfast and dinner is by buffet and the existing staff is unable to handle the crowd and refill the dishes and rotis on time. The food is mostly cold . What's worse is that they offer only the unhealthy maida tandoori roti. If at all they make tawa roti on demand, it is also made of maida. This makes it quite difficult for health conscious guys to have satisfying food there. Also the kitchen starts only after 7am so no bed tea for early morning check outs. Their saving grace is quick service and availability of all equipment in the room.

My last review was for another hotel. Which was mistakenly posted for this hotel. Actually we didn't stay in this hotel due to personal issues. Even after knowing this the hotel staff offered us coffee. The most polite staff is here at the hotel. Good looking and nice place.👍

Good ambiance, Clean. Food quality is good. But rooms are very old. Staffs are good. Price of tea , drinking water is very much high. At least one cup simple tea price at Rs60/= cannot be taken for granted .

We occupied the entire 4th floor. Rooms were cozy and clean.. There's ample parking. Complimentary breakfast was very light and healthy. Heating was provided to all of us

It was not good staying experience. They don't have enough staff.. The rooms are clean. They provide Breakfast at 7.30 a.m and Dinner at 8.00 to 10.00 p.m only... The taste of the dishes was 1/5 .. The behaviour of staff is very bed..

Hotel is very nicely located, staff is most helpful. Clean rooms with good ambiance. Food was excellent, even though we asked for dinner very late. All possible options were given and prepared in just 30 minutes. It was very tasty. I would recommend this hotel for stay to my friends and family.

Executive chef Tariq bhai cooked very delicious food. He was very helpful. He prepared us breakfast @6am to help our transport. Very kind and gentlemen. Loved our stay at Triden because of him.

Dont even wanna give 1 star. Rude manager. Money minded. They charge even for water bottles which is supposed to be complimentary. We had booked via adventure vessel agency and had to suffer because they suck at communicating things. No one told us that we had to check out on that day bcz we had one more day in srinagar. The manager literally threatened to throw away our luggage. They stopped calling and bothering once we told we would complain to the police. And the tour organisers are useless af. Please dont book this hotel. No hot water either. The food was horrible too. Spoiled our entire day because of their drama. Again one of the best hotels to spoil your mood and vacation.

Éxcellent Stay and Staff. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. First of all I liked the location, which is near to dal lake and near to all mughal gardens. The hotel has a huge lawn with a garden Restaurant which I like the most. Food is tasty and hygienic. Staff is courageous and helpfull in any manner. Services are absolutely good. We had a big room which was neat and clean along mountain view. Overall it is a good experience and will definitely recommend this place.

Planned trip to Kashmir in consultation with Mr Tufail who recommended us this hotel. We booked family room here which had excellent mountain view. Service and food is excellent. Lift facility is available. It was a happy stay here

The hotel is not excellent but good. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I didn't like the food, especially dinner, as they were not that tasty. Of course they serve veg and none veg for dinner. Breakfast is Ok. The rooms are clean, I would give 3.5 ***. Albiet the washrooms were average. I think the it's a old hotel. Over all I will rate 3 stars.

Neat and clean rooms with nice Service. I stayed in several properties in Kashmir but this was best. Our room had a great mountain view. Enjoyed a lot. Food is good. Booked through valley explorer Mr Tufail, very helpfull and humble person.

I recently had a trip to Kashmir and stayed in this hotel for 2 days. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast has great varieties and tasty. Happy , will definitely stay here again if visited Kashmir again.
