Nice hotel. Limited parking space. 4 storied building with lift facility. Well furnished rooms with good ventilation. In non ac rooms, hot water facility available in the morning and evening from 7.00 to 10.00. Electric blanket will keep your bed warm and helps you sleep tight. Ac room has geyser which provides hot water round the clock. Buffet breakfast and dinner was okay. Staff were extremely helpful. Only negative is the glass block wall which separates the bedroom and bathroom.

The room are clean and neat. Whenever you are asking for the help from the reception immediately they are sending the concerned person to resolve the issue.we have stayed around 4 days with 3 infants . The hotel is must suit for to stay elderly people and infants. The food provided by them awesome. Thanks for the support.

In the middle of main Srinagar city, not very far from Dal Lake or zero-bridge. No view from windows but very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Food is fresh and tasty. We had included breakfast and dinner buffet in our visit. They also provide you with electric blankets and extra bed in winters (we had visited in mid-Feb). Only point to note is that though their geyser is big, only 2 people can take bath in the stored water. You will need to wait for another 30 minutes for water to heat if there is a third person/child with you.

We held one of our wedding function in the banquet hall of Svenska. The service was top notch. Mr. Govind was very co-operative He arranged everything as per our requirement . All our guests loved the food and the arrangement.

Needs some essential maintenance in the room as well as the washroom. There is some issue with proper lighting in the room. You cannot read anything in the room. Not a good vicinity. Service is overall good. Food is good.

We had been to Kashmir trip for 7 days. We had booked Hotel Shefaf Shringar for 3days. Ambiance, service, quality of food and staff is really awesome. Must visit hotel. Highly recommend 👏😻 Meena Gagare.

One of the worst hotel. Dont go by the good reviews, might be fake. Nothing works properly here. This hotel has spoiled the entire mood of the trip. A person expects atleast a decent matress in a hotel room. But here their hard matress feels like sleeping on the floor. Bed heating system is a waste. Extra charge for room heating, that too doesn't work properly. Complete nightmare experience.

Good hotel with decent service. Buffet breakfast and dinner wasn't that great. But Kashmiri Chicken Rogan Josh that we had for the lunch was good.

Nothing amazing about it. Just another hotel with ok services and below average food. The service staff is ok and one should stay here only if they have no other option. The hotel also is situated in old city with nothing interesting around it if you decide to take a stroll being a tourist.

Hospitality was excellent at Shefaf. Electric heaters and tea etc pouches were not provided else the restaurant service was also very satisfying. Food tasty. They provide Jain food too.

Good place to stay. Rooms are big and really nice. They didn’t provide any extra heater but bed heater was enough. Staff’s are very polite and friendly. If anyone is staying then have food here. Food is really good.

The rooms are not up to the mark. - The rooms in the basement throwing foul smell due to the moisture and moss around the outer side of hotel. - The hotel is surrounded by graveyards and is not the ideal place to stay. - The room service is not good. They provide the requested things in room service after multiple calls.

Love this hotel. Budget friendly and gives all the facility and the staff here are amazing! Also the restaurant serves amazing food we tried wazwan and paneer here i still can’t get over the taste. Special mention to the restaurant manager what an amazing and hospitable guy. Highly recommend this place for a happy stay😄

Good place to stay, didn't have heaters or ACs in our room but electric blankets are provided. Food is good, I'll recommend to have coffee here rather than tea. Breakfast lunch and dinner have variety. Very polite and helpful staff, anytime ready for service. Immediate response to queries and issues. Restaurant service is nice as well. Wifi is smooth. Overall a better choice.

Reception, lobby and dining area is good. But rooms are in very unhygienic condition. Bad smells in each and every rooms. Not proper ventilation. Fungus over Door and ceiling in bathroom. Pillow cover was dirty. Also room was not clean. Bath towel not provided. 1 start for Reception and dining area. Hotel looks old. But they only maintenaied exterior of hotel, not rooms.

This is an old hotel. None of beds are soft. They are all worn out. Problem with hot water. Not so great food. Location is nice.
