Rooms were great, a heating mattress was provided and heater too. We had selected a slight bigger room super delux one. I guess thr delux one is a little smaller in size. The only downside is the restaurant - there is no heater in the dinning area and food is okish. I would have preferred more variety in buffet. We were here for 4 days and food was repeated twice thrice. Less cutlery too. On the brighter side the staff is on their toes and quite helpful. Also of you are a person who loves exploring the area then I would suggest you to stay in a hotel near Dal Lake.

Hotel room sizes are good but not much clean. Food is also ok. Hotel located in inner market. Don’t expect good views from the room.

Hotel was fantastic & staff also very good but the only problem was there food taste.Hotel Manager & Staff was cooperative. Provide us brakefast @6:30 AM as our flight was early in the morning. So overall go for it.

Very friendly staff , great food . It's a narrow lane of hotels and there is some decent walking space outside in the mIn road and lot of shops near by.

Amazing Experience at Hotel Ishan: I had the most incredible stay at Hotel Ishan! The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. For the tariff charged, this hotel is a nothing but an utter waste. Too tiny for 3 person to stay in it. Deceiving pictures in the booking websites, unclean rooms, pathetically shabby extra bed with stains in it, arrogant & ignorant staffs who desisted from even switching on the AC in the reception when we checked in, Lack of coordination within staffs, threatening tone of a supervisor are some of the key features of this hotel. Fudging food bills - we were added a bill worth of 1300 Rs, when confronted the supervisor pushed us to pay fOr something that we didn't take at all. It involved a Chicken Curry dish on which i debated and finally he had to agree.

Best hospitality, Neat and Clean Rooms, Professional Team with a smile on their faces, and a welcoming nature. The hotel is having beautiful interiors, and power backup with a Lift facility. The Kitchen service is good with quality food. Also, the F& B Manager Mushtaq Ji is too polite and well-behaved, he will keep taking feedback and will go the extra mile to meet your expectations. Excellent experience. I have stayed here along with my families in 2 tranches. Booked Heritage suite rooms which has all the necessary amenities. Rooms are spacious. Best thing of this hotel is food quality. Got some delicious foods . Buffett food options for Breakfast & Dinner are really good and great value for money. Special mention to Aqeel, Abid, Omer & Bilal. During our second leg of stay, they voluntarily upgraded our rooms to Suite room and arranged additional help for our early morning flight. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible.

Overall enjoyable, service could have been better Location is not that great hotel is decent rooms are spacious one suggestion though tell the staff about your complimentary things prior as they do not know anything and would charge you for that.

I stayed here with my family for 3 days in deluxe room. The room was very big, easily accommodating 4 people (with extra mattress). Hotel location is quite convenient, with wholesale shops nearby for purchasing Kashmiri kurtis, bedsheets, purse etc. Hotel service is quite prompt, and we had buffet dinner in the hotel itself, which was quite good. The hotel provides heated blanket with an external heater. Our rooms were carpeted and very cozy. Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of rooms, cleanliness and food. A must visit for families.

The hotel interior is fully furnished wood. looks very beautiful and attractive. The rooms are 3 stars. The room contains: Bed, pillows, blankets, sofa and table, closet, TV and remotes, kettle, tea and coffee making options, water bottle and sugar and cups. The bathroom has a big mirror, shower, shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper and towels Dustbin is provided inside and outside the bathroom. The AC works great. The restaurant food is costly. We chose a package with buffet for breakfast and dinner.

Stayed here for three nights. Hotel is located in the main market. Facilities are good. Hot water round the clock. Room size is large. Only issue is with the restaurant. The management does not seem to care about food quality. Too much salt in some dishes and none in others. The chicken was the worst I have ever seen. Gravy was rich and tasty but the chicken pieces themselves were too dehydrated and impossible to chew. Even after informing the cook, no change.

We stayed here for three days and the service was impeccable. The food in the hotel was really good, especially the dinner, though better than the complementary breakfast.😅 Aqil Ahmad, paid special attention to special dietary needs even in buffet dinner. The service was very prompt. Special thanks to the hotel staff for making our Srinagar trip memorable.😃

We stayed as a family of 6 in two rooms for a period of 4 nights. The large deluxe room was very spacious and clean. The best thing about the hotel is the service. The service is really prompt. Breakfast spread was good. Dinner buffet had 3 veg and 1 non veg dishes and was prepared really well. Mr. Aqeel Ahmad was very prompt in serving us and made us feel like home. Location is great too- good shopping and tea places nearby. It’s located in a peaceful area but is not that far away from major markets and dal lake.

Stay was comfortable. The room was good. Food is average. But I must tell the management must give a proper orientation to the staffs in the restaurant. One guy there takes the fruit from the bowl & eats. He even took 4 boiled eggs & kept it under the shelves probably to eat later. Then he took a tissue blew his nose & went to clean the table. If this is the type of people they employ, the standard will go down. Hope the authorities will look into this

Pretty nice hotel and food was also upto the mark. Hotel location was average.... No great view from any of the rooms since it's inside a lane from the road.

Good services and all hotel staff are very professional and always willing to help. The location is also nice, within walking distance to the market. We have a very nice stay at the hotel in July 2022.

Heard that one of its floor is burnt due to short circuit. We had our bookings in this hotel and at final minute they changed the booking saying this reason. If really doubt whether its true. If it's not, i think they would have cheated many people like this.

All I can say about Hotel Royal Heritage is that it's one of the best hotels I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Upon arrival, I found the building gorgeous and it got more breathtaking when I walked in. Whether it's the services or the rooms, they are all of high quality. No words for the exceptional delicious foods that were served in the buffet. Every staff members I've encountered (Hilal Ahmed, Irshad, Majeed & Mushtaq Ahmed) are well trained, responsive & very hospitable. Thank you so much for making my stay at Srinagar wonderful!

Booked this hotel for last day of stay at Srinagar. Very well maintained though not at a very good location. Suite rooms are well furnished. We did not go for buffet in dinner, but ordered ala carte to our room but the food was all cold and no drinking water was there unless we asked for it.
