Worthy for a 0 rating, since no other option i rated 1. following are the underlying reasons, a) Staffs are not welcoming and not with charming face. Attitude of staffs are of like, they are paying the room tariff for us and we are staying in the hotel at their courtesy. b) Worst restaurant services, drinking water is not purified and with chlorinated taste. Very expensive food menu for the quality of food they serve c) Washroom - Stinking, Toilet Closet - Old and with stains, No toilet paper. Room 0015 and 0016 d) Bed - Blankets are unclean and not timely washed Room 0015 and 0016 e) Drinking water bottle not provided in room Room 0015 and 0016 f) Heater not working (Room 0016) - we we raised the concern, the staff says "What else can we do ?", Next time who ever visit please bring a heater from outside. g) After all, the worst part is expecting tip from us for all of the above services A big no to this hotel for next time

The hotel is situated at the heart of Shrinagar. Tourist places are near by. Moreover, The staff members and service boys are so Co operative and behave politely always ready to help. The dinner facility is beyond the Imagination as buffet dinner is available. The dinner management staff is polite, generous and ready to help especially, Mr manzoor, Meer Lateef, Mudasir Khan and Irfan. Thank you very much for making our trip Joyous.

I stayed there for two days 20th and 21st of September. Best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food...food was good and the staff of kitchen were happy to serve you the hot food on table. Rooms were ok and small. Lack of this hotel is that they give only one bottle mineral water per day. Very limited material for tea/coffee. Soaps were too small that I had to buy soap from outside. They don't give toothbrush kit but provided when I asked. You have to carry moisturizer and shampoo too...they don't provide. Lobby is very good. Wifi was best in galleries. A PLUS POINT: They allowed outside food and provide you milk for your kids as I said that the kitchen staff is too good

I stayed in hotel from 19 May to 25 May 2022. Only good thing about the hotel is staff. They were courteous and helpful. Everything else is really bad. Food is not good at all. Rooms are average and old. Room s are not properly maintained. You can see the moss and water leakage in bathrooms. Even one of my toilets had drainage issues and they were not able to repair it. We had to use one of my other group members room. Surprisingly we also had a stray cat visiting our room. What's worst is wifi at the hotel never works. It's down most of the time and when it's working, it's too slow to be useful. Sometime if the large group comes, they reserve the relatively bigger dinning area for them leaving the other guest to be fit in a very small and bad dinning area.

The room was alright nothing special. Everything in the room seemed old and very used. Which honestly was a turnoff for my group as the lobby looked and felt way better than their rooms. The only good thing was the food.

The hotel was average. Unprofessional staff. Rooms are spacious but no basic amenities were provided. No water bottle, tea, coffee options were available inside the room. The taste of food was also average. There was lot of shortage of food items during buffet time, be it breakfast or dinner. O star from my side. Please check for other options before booking.

We stayed here in December’23.. room are spacious n clean .. bt bathroom are very small and little old.. food is very good. And staff is polite.central heating is really good..

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Royal Batoo in Kashmir. Despite visiting in peak winter, they provided an electric blanket and heater that quickly warmed up the entire room, making it very comfortable even in sub-zero temperatures. They also had 24x7 hot water service. The food was delicious, and overall, it was an awesome experience. A big thanks to the team for hosting us, and the staff was friendly too!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and very cooperative. Food was really tasty. Overall it was a great stay. Would highly recommend it.

Good location ,close to Dal lake. Near & Clean Spacious rooms. Lift was not working , we were in 4th floor so it was really uncomfortable. Restaurant is a mess, not at all organised & systematic. Not a single responsible dedicated person to address customers . Food is just ok, can be better .

I am at the hotel and like their cleanliness and food also tasted good. I searched for many hotels and finally settled with this hotel. Thank God it was good.

We had the best services from Royal batoo. Special thanks to Altaab ji (restaurant staff). Food and beverage team and the housekeeping team helped us a lot while our son suffered due to high body temperature. Thanks for ur excellent service. Keep up our good work team. Good hotel with proper heating facilities especially in winter. Food could be better. Not a place with a great view or something but a good hotel with good facilities near to the city

It's one of the best hotels that I have visited in Srinagar, delicious food , hardworking staff specially Mr. Mohammed Iqbal Khan , clean rooms and a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

Approximately 700m from the Dal Lake and amidst a comparatively crowded place. You will be in a very quiet environment in your room though. Hotel is very nicely built with a shop.

Clean rooms, well behaved staff. Ample parking space. I had visited this hotel as part of package tour from Gujarat during peak dipawali holidays. Good family restaurant.

Located near dal lake. Off a busy road. Some construction is ongoing next door. Rooms are a let down. No airconditioner, but they provide a blower, on request. Bathrooms are ill maintained. Rooms do not have a view. Wifi strength is good in corridors, lobby and restaurant, poor within the rooms. Restaurant timings are just indicative, food may or may not be ready by then! Maybe, this was because it was off-season, and we were a big group. Food; however, is tasty, and served on your table. The meeting room is small, with a pillar in between. Food is also arranged at the back, disturbing the meeting. Staff is exemplary. They attend to you, and try their level-best to address your problems. Room service is quick.

Its a 3* hotel. Basic amenities, average and comparatively better food. Service on demand. No AC, which is a little uncomfortable during day time.

I just visited srinagar. I stayed I this hotel for 2 days . Staff is very genuine helping. But rooms are too small and toilets too and toilets are not that cleaned and very smelly . Hotel wifi has every time down not working at all and if it has network it is very slow that we can't use otherwise hotel's outer architecture is very much good

We had called room service for 2 bottles of mineral water but not given till 1 and half an hour and had called again. On reply they told it would be chargeable. We have astonished at their response and that was served then. Surprisingly they provided a bill of Rs150 of 3 bottles water instead of 2 bottles. This should not be happened in this type of hotel

A very average hotel. Room heating was adequate. While not luxurious, definitely nothing to be scoffed at either. Food was also average. While nothing worth recommending, the breakfast and dinner as part of the package is decent.

Hotel Royal Batu, Srinagar, is an excellent hotel in terms of Quality of food, Cafeteria services and housekeeping. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had my breakfast and dinner there. As I took my lunch in different hotels, I was able to match the quality of food, hygiene and services provided elsewhere with Royal Batu. Batu is a good choice for a comfortable and decent stay in Srinagar.

Hotel Staff were help-full property is neat and clean. entrance of hotel is well designed. food and service are perfect I spent 2 days in the hotel and both days their was electricity interruption at morning time which I really don't expected, from such a good property.

Rooms need to be upgraded a lot( very compact) Staff is too good.. Jain food available in room itself so that they don't have to share the table with other regular foods ( veg and non veg).. They are coming up with the new property near by hope too get better experience soon
