Nice place to stay with exceptional staff service! They were all very kind and accommodating to all our requests. The manager even helped organise a cab for sightseeing in and around Srinagar at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this place if looking for a budget stay.

Hotel valley view is located at karan nagar. Hotel is nice and clean. Hotel staffs are really nice and helpful. 24 hours hot water available in bathroom. AC rooms are there but one wouldn't need it since you are in srinagar which has cold climate generally!

The super deluxe room in hotel is clean spacious. They don’t offer continental food which i paid a little extra for. Staff is friendly. Chai is a bummer :(. In house food is really good 4/5. A good family hotel. I enjoyed my 3 night stay.

The valley view hotel provided us good rooms with decent facilities. Rooms were clean and have enough requirements like kettle, television, wifi, spacious cupboard and a clean washroom with geyser. In fact it is sufficient for a family of 3-4 people. One notable point is that hot water is available here 24x7 in this hotel. The hotel restaurant provides good quality food. The staffs are very pleasing and their response is good when called for room service. As it's location is in Srinagar city, the view from hotel is not like expected. Overall it was a great experience staying at this hotel😊

The room was fantastic and the service was also very good. Food was so delicous that i cant skip my breakfast and dinner. There is main problem in kashmir is about electricity theres always and issue no electricity thanks to hotel that they had generators but no hot water and no heater will work if the electricity is gone please be careful about it. Location is good, ambiance is also very good, i prefer anyone about valley view that you must try this hotel. Food department there is a person called sadakat and basharat this two was soo good with us that i cant describe it, even when we were leaving from hotel they gave us parcel of food so that my children could eat it in the car i am so glad thanks to both of them.

Staffs were very polite and welcoming. Even though food options were limited for bf and dinner it was very tasty and all the staffs were always making sure that we are being served and taken care of. Would recommend for family

The place has a good location in the center of Srinagar, clean rooms and excellent service. As a foreigner the food was the best I have had in India and with good explanation of ingredients by Sadaqat Hussain. I would definitely look to stay at this hotel again if I return to Srinagar.

It was the best experience with Valley view whole staff was very friendly. specially the restaurant was very good food was awesome and the guys there were super friendly . Will be coming to this hotel everytime I come to Kashmir . Special mention to :- Sadaqat , Basharat .

Did not have great experience with our recent visit to this hotel. Hot water is not available in bathroom, furniture were old and poor shape, Since it on main road no point of any veiws from the hotel. Pest control recommend for hotel, as we find spider and insect at room.

It was a wonderful stay at the Hotel. Right from the helpful staff, to the awesome veg food, to the clean rooms every thing was SUPERB...The chef made sure of coming into the dining area every single time and asking if we liked the food and that we should eat well. A big kudos to Adil and team.We were a group of 30 including kids from Kerala.We had some doubts regarding the services,But it was a relief when we got the rooms. Spacious room with all decent services and amenities. Room heaters , Bed heaters and Water heaters were working properly.The best is restaurant team.All time helping with sufficient things.Also I would thank for the good quality of food. Food - The food at this hotel is awesome. It is mainly the food which it keeping the hotel alive. The person who handles food department is amazing and very well mannered. Convenience - Other than the food, nothing is great. It’s an average hotel with average reception staff who don’t help you to get SIM card in Srinagar, nor to arrange airport pickup, not even to find cabs for sight seeing. Area - I would advise tourists to stay near Dal Lake area for more convenience as this area is full of shops. It’s basically near auto market, so if you don’t need to get your car repaired, no point being in this area.

One of the best hotels in Srinagar! We are a group of 15 people ( around 4 families ) and we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The location, food, and service, all are top-notch! You always have someone in the hotel lobby to help you out with any needs. They are so helpful that even on days when we want to leave early like around 7.00 am, they prepared breakfast for us that early as well also gave us a “to-go box “ to eat on the way. Their breakfast and dinner are very delicious! All the rooms are very clean and have 24 hours hot water and central heating. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality stay!

We group of 33 members stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Room service good. Chef always enquire food quality and taste. It's nice that he asked our choice of food menu and make us happy. Room services good. All the rooms are not air conditioned. So keep a watch while booking. Rooms especially bathrooms not that much spacious. Common hot water is with time limit. Overall experience good.
