Good rooms at reasonable price. Small restaurant area available, really enjoyed breakfast. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. They offer Bikes on rent. Place is surrounded with market, best Street foods available. Best place to stay and explore the city..

We were traveling from Leh to Srinagar and booked a family room (4 bedded) this property on 2nd June 2023. We reached late due to heavy rains in the evening and entire city traffic was collapsed. They hotel guy was so unprofessional that he shared his live location and we spent 30 mins more time just to find this property. This property is far off from main road and only motor cycle can go there. We had to park our car on the main road which is totally unsafe. Just after reaching the hotel around 9:45 pm i ordered for dinner. They declined my order and asked us to go out and have food outside...!!! Upon several requests they served only daal, roti and egg bhurji and the taste was horrible. The bathroom was stinking and seems never cleaned. The towel were used and so with the bed sheet and blanket covers. Upon reading through lot of good reviews we booked this property but after staying for a night I don't recommend anyone to visit this property to spoil your trip. The staffs at reception were like hooligans and they speak like looteras.

The location is a little off the main road, and Google Maps only takes you up to the main road. You can only park two-wheelers, which can be difficult if you have a loaded bike.

I had a friend stay, the location is excellent in the centre of the city with all essential facilities nearby, rooms are clean and well managed and services are best . They have a nice restaurant also, love to visit again.

A wonderful quaint hotel just ten minutes walking distance from the beautiful Dal Lake in Srinagar. The owners were lovely people and extremely helpful and I felt at home my entire stay! Hope to be back soon :)

A good guest house in the vicinity. I enjoyed their hospitality especially staying. Sadly they charged me a bit over compared what i was supposed to pay. And even someone argued with me. The experience was good. I didn't use anything of them except staying. Their washroom was a bit leaky and sadly there was no dustbin in the room. The room was clean, comfortable and hospitable enough to stay. I enjoyed their staycation except argument part. Do visit and enjoy yourself what they offer. And even they don't let you in with shoes/slippers to the room. It's always not that comfortable for everyone without slippers/shoes.

Worst. If you have negative rating then I will go with it. Such a arrogant person we have never seen. Don't go by the photos posted on booking/Oyo website. Don't go by the reviews as well. All these are paid reviews. He didn't even show the room before checking in and asked us to pay all the amount initially. When we entered the room, we were shocked to see the room condition, it was pathetic, old room with dirty blankets, bed was like a mat ( train seat is much better than their bedding). If you want to have peaceful Kashmir trip then never ever visit this hotel.

Very pathetic hotel. They dont allow me to check the rooms before check in. There are two hotels available online (fabulous hotel and fabulous kashmir) but both are same. They forced me to check-in without checking the room. Also they were not ready to give rooms at online booked amount asking for extra money. Their rooms were dirty and unhygienic. Even their toilet were not clean and when I asked to clean than they denied to clean. Also they don't give complimentary drinking water. When I have asked for drinking water than they gave freezing cold water in winters. It is highly not recommended hotel. Its better spend 200 extra and book good hotels nearby. This hotel was so dirty that I have check-out within hour and they didn't refund single penny. Rooms walls were wet and paint was falling. There was no heating arrangement.

**NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL* I booked the hotel through booking.com on 10th of May 2022. When I enquired about the room tariff over telephone Mr. Abid iwas asking more price than the one showing online. Anyway I bokked and got confirmation from the booking site and from the Hotel Fabulous too. Now when I called Abid for making payment of 50% of the amount in advance, he was not piking up my phones.I tried continuesly for two days and finally started texting messages requesting him to pick up my cals. Today my call was responded only to know that its all sold out. THE WHOLE SRINAGAR IS FEEDING ON US, THE TOURISTS. HOW DARE THEY COULD BEHAVE THIS WAY WITH US? Friends avoid this property run by fraudulent wothless fellows. Boycott visiting JK , Chose other Hill stations instead. I have all the mails, messages and call records.I'll put a complaint with the booking site and Govt authority. I NEVER FELT SO CHEATED LIKE THIS.

The hotel is in an amazing location, surrounded by different hotels serving multiple cuisine. It is close to Dal lake. The hotel rooms are amazing within low budget. And above all, loved their service.

Poor room quality. No TV, broken mirror. Location is very bad. Smoking smell alround. And owner will reply to hide it's incompetence as buisness competitors and fake reviews . But honestly I shall never recommend to go there and stay . It's Totally wastage of money.

Decent accomodation for its price. Real charm of the place is a conversation with owner niyaz bhai. But the rooms can be much better maintained at the very least.

I'm a solo traveller from Austria and i really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The owner Niayz Patloo is a very nice guy who makes your stay pretty comfortable. I also wanna mention Danish for his good service. Thank you for the nice time!!

I travel a lot and I love traveling to the high point of India and through my journey I stayed in this for 15 days because of some minor injury. The staff is really caring and well trained. They have all types of facilities available in the room. The hotel has a nice environment around it that makes you feel comfortable.

Location - location wise it is not good as it is little bit interior, about 200 mtr inside from road. Food - Only Nonvej food is available, no Vegeterian hotel is available nearby. Hotel staff itself provide vegeterian food but they takes a lot of time. Overall not for vegeterian's. Staff - Staff behaviour is good. But you can not trust blindly. As hotel staff has booked a house boat name ' Persian Group of house boat". They have cheated me, asbthey given me a house boat at ghat no. 15 and it was BEHIND a house boat and it was too dirty. There was no name mentioned on house boat. But still they told me it is Persian group. You will ommit there. I don't know it was combined plan of hotel owner and house boat owner. . Overall average stay. Good luck

Very bad service,almost every good reviews are fake ,manager is very unprofessional,they will threat you if you complain something to them.90% of time there will be no electricity,rooms were so dirty that you can’t imagine,don’t waste your money better go for a good family hotel.

It was an awkward moment while staying in hotel. We asked them to let us in to check the rooms first and their behavior was arrogant. They replied harshly. Didn't you check the room online? Then how did you book?? How can one check through pictures of the hotel?? And the price was also somewhat more than it deserved... Worst experience

He is is friendly person, he'll guid you from day one itself for the trip to leh Ladakh, we took 2 bike for rental and our over all trip was 15- 18 days ( we planned ) he'as assist us like a brother in our family he is taking care of us till the end of our journey . Rooms also good but the was not up to the range during that time now it's better

The hotel is very good as the location is excellent for tourists as it is at centre, closer to dal lake and affordability is best with all facilities. Riyaz is excellent person alongside Auqib. Auqib is obedient at work. They are very helpful to guide you at any moment. They have services to rent bikes, house boat, tour, guidance for purchase. Top recommendation. Hoping to visit them soon again.

A good affordable hotel with all the necessities covered. They even provide power sockets on inverter so your phone and laptop charges when there's no power. The wifi isn't the best, but probably bsnl is to be blamed for that. If you need internet, best to carry a postpaid sim of buy new in Srinagar. The hotel is overall well managed by Aquib and the owner is helpful too. The owner also arranged taxi for Sonamarg at lower than market prices, and when they couldn't arrange the Toyota etios he promised, he arranged a Toyota Innova for us without any markup in price. Loved their hospitality. Booked for 2 days, stayed for 7.

We had a 10 day trip to kashmir, our stay at this hotel was comfortable and very reasonable. Kashmir Inn is a nice hotel for its rate. The owner Mr Riyaz and all rounder manager Akib, make u feel at home. They helped us plan our trip well by suggesting places and arranged our visit. Our family had a beautiful holiday thanks to them. Would definitely recommend. Plus you will find a lot of good Kashmiri food around !

Very very good service from Mr. Riayaz, very helpful in any of the questions and issues regarding to traveling in Kashmir and around. Super good service, rooms are spacious and clean, good location, a bit difficult to find since the road to the hotel is very small, but had a very safe parking for motorcycle, I really recommend it!!

The staff (Aquib) was very great and quality sevice, so, the eat is varity and excelent , also the rooms were cleand and comfort bed. it has afantastic location for the people that visit the city for work. Will recommended ths hotel for all persons. The worst hotel ever........ The room of this hotel is too small..... Location is the very bad........ There is water service problem every time ..... The manager is very bad..... When our team members rate the hotel very bad... the manager warned us and said to deleted the rating.... Even he said that If we don't delete the rating, it will get us stuck here and not let us go......

It is mainly a house rent rooms as hotel room. Good for those guys who need just a room to stay at night as they will roam in beautiful Kashmir all of the day time. All personal of house is very helpful and price for one night stay is very cheap. No problem with security. I have seen some false review is posted regarding security. Just disregard it. And main thing is, it is at the central position of city, so consider this before choosing other expensive hotels.

Best choice for Srinagar City. Lose to dal lake and all the markets and chilled cafes. There are some power cuts but it’s not the hotels faults as it by the government. Kashmir should be give good electricity by the government for Harsh winters. But they will still manage you a hot water because hotel is equipped with Diesel boilers. We enjoyed the food and the management of this hotel. Thank you and we recommend kashmir Inn to other travelers without hesitation.

Very bad,The hotel manager will treat you like dog,there will be no electricity and no power backup,dirty rooms ,they will just provide 2 candles and a match box to survive in the haunted room. they hired people to rate good in the internet, don't fall in their trap. Kindly find other good hotels in Srinagar.Manager forced me to remove the bad rating from internet. Looks like haunted place and unsafe feel and bad manners and behaviour of the property owner.
