Went here for a retreat. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was AMAZING and the food was fantastic!!! My wife and I looked forward to the dinner buffet every day. Thank you so much. Wonderful experience!!

The staff here was very helpful when someone got sick. They were very kind and bumped us to bigger and better rooms when there was a problem in our room. The food was amazing here all the three days when we stayed here. Definitely would stay here again when I go to Srinagar.

One of the beautiful experience staying in this resort.. had visited and stayed for an official trip, staff were very kind and always with a big smile.. had only breakfast during my 3 days stay, although not much to complaint on food it was decent in taste.. they have centralized heater to keep guests warm in rooms.. quick in service..although located little far away from dal lake, peaceful place to stay and enjoy weather..

Stayed two nights. Location and ambience is beautiful. The service is good too. Only down side is the shower 🚿 which is old and water flow is poor.

Super bad experience in very beautiful place. Room was ok Food wasn’t good and surprisingly i got served a prantha with HUMAN HAIR in it and management did nothing about it. You don’t expect this kind of service and food , even when you are paying almost 16000 for one night .PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR YOUR STAY . STAY AWAY FROM THIS. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Stayed here for 4 nights. It's a cosy property within walking distance to Nishat Bagh. Room service was quick and entire staff was helpful with a smile on their face. Food is great - they offer multiple options & will go over and above to make sure your experience is a good one. Thanks Soumyadeep, Anjay, Javed and entire team for making our stay memorable. We stayed at the property for 3N/4D, Must say it was fabulous stay beyond excellent hospitality. The staff was welcoming and eager to extend help always.Special mention of Chef DARSHAN LAL for treating us with lip smacking buffets. Location of the resort is good. Very close to the Dal lake. The property is well maintained. Rooms are nice. Beds were were better than Taj 😅. We did have a hiccup with the room facility and when it was brought to the staff notice. It was very well addressed and taken care. Special thanks to Riyaz who was exceptional with his service and took care of our needs in the dining. Anjay was open to feedbacks and took care of ours and our toddlers need. Thanks to Abhijeet Soumyadeep Sharool. Tahseen Mohsin, Ishfaq from housekeeping thank you for keeping our room clean and tidy. Chef Darshan lal thank you for the yummy dishes.

Great hotel slightly off the madness. Right near Dal and Nishat Garden. Well maintained hotel with a beautiful lobby, cute sitting area and a small library. Beautiful lawn and an amazing restaurant that serves Kashmiri and other food. Must stay hotel with family.

Overpriced like most hotels in Srinagar. Small-ish rooms, nothing to write home about. Breakfast was very mediocre, we travelled to Srinagar from chennai and had to eat idli sambar again! We booked a full body massage at the spa and the masseuse was sniffly and unwell, kept sniffing the whole time of the massage. Worse she had to man the spa telephone and had to leave the massage thrice to answer calls. Very unprofessional.

Location is good, nice pleasant property. Amenities are also good for short stay. What really disappointed me on 02 July 23, breakfast, was that a staff lied about a Cappuccino Coffee mashine, when they had been serving others, but refused me stating it is not working, but before me ,they had served few . My happy holidays ended in a disappointment, as i needed that coffee to take me through Srinagar Airport for travel back home.

Heevan Resort in Srinagar is well maintained and the staff is also very hospitable . However , for the price that they charge , I didn't find it worth it . . The breakfast menu was limited , even for dinner menu they didn't have live counters etc. I would atleast expect few of the luxury amenities when you pay that kind of price . . Having said that the property is huge and spacious and good for a stay at Srinagar.

Choosing Fortune Resort Heevan was certainly one of the best decisions of my life. I was there with my family for 4 days and had the best experience(s) of our lives. I will perennially remember the resort because of Mr. Firoz, I have never met another cordial person like him, he is so good, very competent, continuously gentle and genteel. Once during dinner when I was in a dilemma, he helped me to choose my side dish and suggested well. He is a very hardworking man and always has a welcoming smile on his face. During the breakfast time too he was very quick and Swift. I would love to visit Fortune again and again and Fortune is surely fortunate to have Mr. Firoz.

Experienced immense warmth, service and beat services at Fortune. Have traveled across India and managed to get the best warm water shower in coldest place in India. Awesome food and so much of warmth. Extremely reasonable and beautiful views. Must visit for everyone visiting Srinagar. Will come back again.

Extremely poor customer service. Manager, Mr Irfan is arrogant and unhelpful. We had completely paid the amount for our 2 rooms 1 month back at the time of booking, but we were asked for the payment again at the hotel. The manager said that we have no system to check if its received or not and kept on asking the payment. He asked to get it clarified on ITC customer care. ITC customer care was also unhelpful and did nothing regarding this matter. Both asked to pay the amount again. Even after being a privileged and ITC club culinare member no help was provided by either. 1 complete day was wasted to solve this issue. Issue was solved at 11 pm in night when we found a voucher on ITC website mentioning that the payment is paid at the time of booking. This was then handed over to reception. The manager thereafter called at 11.30 in night to say that we have received your payment Also the payment was made through company official website and not through any agent or third party website Complete day wasted

What a beautiful place. Amazing ambience and amazing food, though pricy.. The rooms are 5 star class, the adjacent mountains just add to the serene surroundings of Boulevard and Dal.

Location of the resort is good, the property is well maintained, staff is courteous and friendly. Rooms are nice but based on the cost i would have liked more luxury. The food is ok, not great, we ordered a non veg platter - tandoori chicken was dry, malai tikka was tasteless, fish tikka was amazing, mutton seekh was also nice. All in all a pleasant experience

The resort is good. Its near Dal lake. Facilities are good. Rooms are decent. Service is good. People are friendly. Food and variety is also good. It's not a business hotel but more like a holiday resort.

The location is good but not extraordinary. Lake is 15 min walk from the resort. The service was good. The food was just average. But the ambience was good. You have different lawn where you can sit along and enjoy. You won't find much public transport outside hotel. Sometimes auto does come.

Mr Majid is extremely professional and he ensured that our feedback is heard and took action on time. Would recommend him for the service and attitude he brings to the table. this place is great because of people like him. Keep up the good work ITC Team.

Amazing Ambience Excellent rooms very tasty variety of food staff is very courteous helpful and cooperative. Dinning hall incharge mr javed is wonderful helping and caring person.Overall a gr8 experience of staying on 15th 18th and 19th of june.

This is a nice place with great rooms. They have a nice garden but the pool is under construction. The service is okayish, the staff is not that friendly. I found the place a little over expensive.

Facilities are good. Service by Staff are excellent. Nice food and they are punctual wrt timing. Take your own water bottle to avoid paying 6 times of the price if you use from mini bar
