Hotel was ok. Location is perfect. We stayed at dal lake view room. The view was awesome. You can see all the houseboat shikaras floating over the lake and the fort behind the lake. Perfect view all time. Bathroom was not that good in hotel. We booked room without food so can not tell about the food. But there are lot of restaurants nearby and pure vegetarian options like delhi di rasoi and Nathu's sweet. We stayed for 2 days and we did gulmarg and sonmarg day trip. Overall stay was good.

Don't book their back view rooms. Back view rooms are separate and very old property and situated at the back side of hotel. Cost was not justified for those rooms. Front located rooms are newly constructed ang doid to stay but I strongly will not recommend back view rooms. Hotel Location is awsone as it is situated in front of dal lake and good restaurant like nathu and Delhi rasoi are nearby. Hotel Service was good, i ordered a water botel at 12:30 am night and they gave.

Nice hotel with good service. Staff is very caring and keep asking the guest if they need anything. Location is the best opposite to Dal Lake. You can get everything nearby on walking distance. Food was also good here.

The hotel management body is very rude and lier. He uses sensitive languages and supports gender discrimination. We needed late check-out for our flight, so while booking over phone we talked accordingly but on the day of checkout they told us to check out at standard time. When we told about our previous communication over phone he denied and told that wrong information has been provided. We asked for the phone number for the person who communicated this..he told that he is on holiday. And he behaved very rude told get out from our hotel and also told "ladis ki sath kya baat karna..gents gents baat karte hai" like this.he told that he is the current GM of the hotel. Other than this room heater is not available at November, hot water is also not available for 24 hours. They don't provide bathroom slippers and towel provided by them was dirty. This hotel is absolutely not recommended. If any one is doing any booking over phone please record your communication for saving yourself from harrasment.

The accommodation was good. Room service cleaning etc also is very good. Inconvenience is there presently because of renovation work being taken up by the management.

Hotel is at prime location.. exactly opposite to dal Lake..but it is a bit older ..rooms are also not maintained. Food quality is really good . But again it is a bit overrated.

its a beautiful property just at the bank of dal lake staff is also good and Hotel Receptionists mr ashiq seems to be quite helpful during our stay at hotel

It was really great experience with this hotel. The hotel is centrally located near the Dal Lake. Ashiq Sir and Bashir Sir were very helpful and cooperative. Would definitely come back here.

Nice stay arrangement, luxury big rooms with very good service, at the bank of Dal lake most happening and tourists attractive place during morning and late evening you can walk around dal lake and near by area. Manager Mr Aashak is friendly and guided nicely

Location is perfect near to Dal Lake. Services and hospitality is the best. Mr Ashiq is very cooperative in nature. Quality of the rooms are value for the money.

Rooms are old and not maintained , hot water available only in morning, where’s they commit 24/7 hot water, owner of hotel just run behind money, apart from room rent he goes behind customer to take taxi service from them for sight seen, he literally force daily to take taxi from them. Pathetic person. The only positive is location, rest everything is just crabs.

While there were minor areas for improvement, they pale in comparison to the overall excellence of the stay. Mr. Ashaq Pays close attention to guests' needs and preferences. Listen them carefully to their requests and concerns, and take appropriate action to address them promptly. He was very helpful in each and every aspect.

Tv recharge wasn't even renewed...It took almost a day even after reminding the receptionist for like 6 to 7 times.... They provide like chilled water (washroom)in the name of hot water! My experience wasn't satisfactory👎. My family n i are never coming back...

Good hotel. Facing Dal lake, staff is verg good and supportive. Rooms were neat and clean. Good parking area and rates were fine. Food was average.

Too expensive and there is no view the rooms at back side are very very old and not maintained. front rooms are ok. wifi doest work properly no internet most of the time. No lift so it is very bad you have to climb all the time. staff behaviour is not good never respond properly. The staff at reception are also rude and never reply properly. Room service not available and telephone in the room was not working also so we had to go down to reception all the time if you need anything. The bathroom was not clean at all. overall would not recommend this hotel too expensive for the price without any proper service.

Location of hotel is superb, just opposite to Dal Lake. Rooms are very specious and good services. Only minor drawback is timing of closing gate (11AM) but that can be ignored considering after 10AM very few people will be on road.

Grand but old hotel. Room interior is old fashioned and require redesign as per modern taste. FOOD IS AVERAGE. ONLY GOOD PART IS ITS LOCATION JUST IN FRONT OF Dull lake.

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff was rude, rooms were not clean and the food quality was also not good. They repeated the same menu twice. The bathrooms were also not clean and the flush of the bathrooms were also not working. For this much price , this hotel is not worth it. We shifted hotel immediately in the morning.

Very comfortable stay and friendly staf especially the manager Asher.. lucky he had upgraded my stay. Room was very clean dal lake view very much recommended for all.

Hotel does not provide WiFi. Hotel food is excellent, very nice and delicious. No jet attached for washing bump. Which is a common facility available in toilet all over India.

It's awesome! The rooms were clean and the attached cafe cum restaurant was superb. It is right next to dal lake so better to stay here than the house boat.

Nice Location, just opposite the lake. Spacious room. But cleanliness was not up to the mark. Smelly Bathrooms. Bathroom wall filled with spider's web. Dusty room carpet and windows.

It's awesome hotel. Situated at main road beside the famous Dal lake at Srinagar ghat no 8-B. It's big and situated at center point of the Srinagar city Dal Lake. One can have morning, afternoon and evening scene of Dal lake from here.
