Food service is worst. They back talk to the customer. They are uneducated & do not even apologize to the customer. The room I needed was got after 1 hour of battle with them. Service is the worst not recommended anyone to visit this hotel ever again. Management is seperate & the receptionist is separate which leads to confusion

Hotel was budget friendly.But the staff was so so rude,food was also bad. they're behaving like Khhana he to khau, barna var me jao. room service was poor. I'll not recommend anyone

Excellent Service and the people are very kind. Food provided is of great quality(North and South Indian foods available). Worth for money and finally, Ishaq the manager is so helpful in many ways explaining the places around and what the actual cost of activities around so that we can have an enjoyable trip with affordable price.

The rooms were bad. The blankets and pillow covers had stains on them. Frequent powercuts. Asking for hefty tips. The positives were that there was a huge water heater that was on all day long and the food was very good. Even though they could have had more varieties, the food tasted absolutely incredible

This hotel in Srinagar was not a very good experience. The location is good but the rooms don't have any see-through windows which makes it too suffocating. The service is also poor in terms of courtesy and promptness while dealing with guests.

1) Rooms are too small and washroom is smaller. 2) unhygienic 3) Dirty bedsheets. 4) poor staff management and rude. 5) if your MMT customer next time please tell them not to Opt this hotel, youll hate food here.

Staying at Hotel Milad was a great experience.All staff and food quality was very good. Staff person faizan and Abas were very humble and generous. Thanks for hotel milad for making our stay wonderful.

The hotel is okay Heating system could be better There is only a single electrical heater which is dependent upon the power supply and doesn’t have a backup It’s the most convenient hotel since it’s just 15 mins from Srinagar airport Hence good as a transit hotel

Rooms are quite good & cozy. Service is good & ambience is nice, food is great, the only issue is the electricity which didn't come sometimes but they have power backup which supply power to all room lights & heater & geyser. Do visit Hotel milad if you came to Srinagar

Hotel Milad one of the best hotels in Raj bagh area of Srinagar. Rooms are neat and clean . Hotel staff are super friendly, they made us feel so much comfortable here. Hotel is near to all the locations and it is in a very good area. Food is awesome 🙌 From my side i will suggest hotel milad one of the best place to have great stay.

Luckily stayed there only for 1 night. Pathetic rooms and facility. It is more like a dharamshala than a hotel. Very very basic facilities. Rooms are till 3rd floor but there is no lift. Staff is very good.

A good, business class kinda hotel in Srinagar city. The staff is friendly, and eager to help. The location is ideal as it is close to the beautiful Zero Bridge. To the management, if you are reading this - keeping tea/coffee sachets in the room would be a nice touch - as you already have kettle in the rooms.

Hotel is nice but Every day in the morning after 7 o'clock light has been gone. And also no hot water available in washroom.

I had planned my trip to kashmir on on occasion of my wife’s b’day. They had booked hotel milad. I must say staff is quite professional rooms were clean food was amazing also i had updated them to decorate my room and arrange cake when i was away they had done that very well my wife was very much surprised with the arrangement. Good hotel with BF, lunch and dinner facilities..taste is good, service is little slow but manageable. Rooms and clean and nest with heater in it..warm and cosy..centre of city..u can walk around in evening and find food joints within 300mtrs from hotel. Staff are cordial and helpful. U can visit with family and have a safe stay.

Read the old reviews and had doubts about the place. Stayed for one day but the there was no issues. Staffs are polite and respectful. Breakfast was good but dont expect as if it your hometown. Good exp.

Room is very good. Food veg and nonvage both availble. Service is good. Parking space was quiet small. Genuine staff.

Manager is excellent and very polite and helpful. Brought me a hairdryer as I really needed to dry my hair due to cold. Also provided fan heater at no cost and room is really cosy. Breakfast was average. The only issue is the staff asking for tips, we are travelling for a few months and can't afford to tip everyone. When we did give he seemed angry at the amount. Not a nice way to leave.

Rooms and attached toilet was comparatively small but clean. Ambience ok. Place was quiet. Food was good. Food was not very expensive. Service was good. One negative, no lift. My room was in 2 nd floor and the dining room was in basement.Basically a simple hotel with good food.

Staff are very negligent in providing service. Room service is not available, you can have your meals at restaurant. Rooms are decent with good facility and well equipped clean toilets. Overall it's a decent budgeted hotel.

It was a nice experience staying at Hotel Milad. 4 rating because I have been given a small room (as compared to other rooms) on the top floor on my first day(shared with my friend).

Dinner food and breakfast is with very bad quality and not hygienic. For payment with either debit or credit they are charging extra GST amount. Continuous hot water is an issue Bad behaviour of staff if you are not giving Tips or extra money

Room was okay but the bed was not clean with hair and dust and the staff tried to justify it alot. They didn't want to change the bedsheets even after raising a complaint and upon staying adamant, they left to take a new sheet with a lot of murmuring.

Location wise ok for stay but very very poor service for hot water even in snowy days. They had provided only 1 and half bucket hot water in morning time when we were there in January (heavy snowy weather) and was showing the power cut issues. Food was quiet good but served same items for 2 days and they had quantity issues for non veg dish.

Rooms are bit compact but ok for one/two day stay. Bed & pillow covers had more stains, washroom floor could have been cleaned better. Floor mat was completely dirty. Food plates also had lot of yellow stains. Overall cleaning should have been better. Service is good, staffs are cooperative. Food is average, AC, TV, watter heater kettle are available.
